Magical Views Residence With Private Pool

On the hills north of Paphos there is a picturesque community many times called the Beverly Hills of Cyprus. Built on the slope of a hill of Kamares Village is my villa which consists of two levels. I live on the top level and my guests on the level below which comprises of one bedroom, living room, full bathroom and kitchenette and is surrounded by a beautiful garden next to the private swimming pool. This self contained place for my guests has separate entrance and it is totally private.

Akamantida Platea 1

Akamantida Platea 1 is a traditional house originally built in 1904. Renovated in 2016, with great respect for the original design. Located in the centre of Arodes Village at the outskirts of Akamas National Park. It's a three bedroom cottage; two of them with double beds and the third one with two single beds. One shower with toilet and sink. One sitting room with fireplace, the kitchen, fully equipped, and a small yard with outdoor furniture to enjoy the coolness of summer nights.

The property is located just 5 kilometers (3 miles) from beautiful beaches with clear, turquoise waters, ideal for swimming and relaxation. Just 100 meters away, you will find a supermarket for your daily needs, while 20 meters away, there is an option for fast food. A café is located just 50 meters away, ideal for your morning coffee. A pharmacy is also located nearby, approximately 500 meters away, providing an additional sense of safety and convenience.

Three bedrooms fully equipment kitchen with living room and beautiful yard in the middle. The house is a part of Spiti Group. Spiti in Greek means Home, all the houses are in Kathikas village. We can accommodate in total up to 14 guests. We love traditional houses, fully renovated with a modern touch, privacy and spotlessly clean!
