The apartment is situated in beautiful countryside, surrounded by orange groves and olive trees, approximately half way between Paphos and Polis. Although conveniently located just off the B7, it is quiet and secluded. With a private entrance, the one large room (26 sq m, NO KITCHEN) contains a king-sized bed, sofa (convertible into a double sofa bed) and plenty of drawer space. The large, luxurious, en-suite bathroom consists of a bath with overhead shower, as well as a separate walk-in shower.

The apartment is as described. Very spacious. Fully equipped kitchen, it was possible to cook meals. Air conditioning in the living room and bedroom (much needed). Small but comfortable bathroom, had some toiletries available. Kristis was very attentive.

An outdoor dining area is set under a large umbrella, featuring a wooden table surrounded by four chairs. Plates of food are displayed, with greenery and flowering plants visible in the background against stone walls, creating a relaxed atmosphere.

The property is situated in a central location in Paphos. It is a 20 minute drive to either Paphos or Latchi. The village itself is a nice old village with excellent restaurants nearby. The property was tidy and clean, there is a tight spiral staircase to access the second floor but there is also an alternative staircase accessed from the outside. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in Kathikas or Paphos.

An outdoor seating area features a wooden table with two foldable chairs beneath a large umbrella. A small snack plate and drinks are arranged neatly on the table. The rustic stone wall of the building adds character to the tranquil setting.

Situated right in the center of a beautiful village with lots of Tavernas, cafes and bars. Even a small grocery shop! Everyone is so friendly! Great location as you in the hills but also only 20 minutes from the beach. The cottage has all you need with the added bonus of a terrace where we ate our breakfast/coffee and watched the world go by! There is a restaurant just opposite and others within a few minutes walk. It is such a perfect location.

We had an amazing stay at Assaf's apartment. It was new, clean & was nicely decorated. Bed was comfy(always a bonus) & blackout curtains did the job. As well as great AC, there was a great fan in the bedroom & also on the balcony which was a great addition (made it lovely to eat out there). The pool wasn't at all busy while we were there & was like a bath !! Assaf was a superb host, couldn't have asked more. His communication was fab, left us extras supplies as we were arriving soo late and popped out to get the TV speaking English(I'm a real technophobe 😀)It was in the perfect location for us as it was peaceful & as we had a car, we had attractions that we could easily get to. It's a bit of a walk to either the beach or village but believe there are regular buses. Corallia and Olive Tree Beaches were our favourites, quiet, soft sand & picturesque. We visited a couple of Gorges & waterfalls for a nice walk. It was our 1st trip to this end of the island & we'll be back Thanks Assaf 😊

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment – it looks exactly like it does in the pictures. The balcony offers an amazing view, and everything was spotlessly clean. Nothing was missing; everything we needed was there. We highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting the area and would definitely stay here again if we return to Cyprus!
