It has a large veranda with a beautiful sunset. 　Tourist Information Office (5-minute walk) and the famous tourist boat terminal in Tochigi (5-minute walk), there are many sightseeing courses that can be completed in 30 minutes with a sightseeing map. We recommend checking in early and taking a walk to see Tochigi City. 　Yuranosato Onsen (10 minutes by car) and Taishikan Onsen (15 minutes by car). It is a 3-minute walk to Tamagawa-no-Yu (Kinryu), a Showa-era retro public bath. 　For sightseeing during this time, the illuminations at Ashikaga Flower Park are recommended. You can avoid traffic jams by taking the train. 　The building is a 15-minute walk from Tochigi Station. 4 km (10 minutes) from Tochigi Interchange. Convenience store, drugstore, bakery, TOBU, bank and post office are within walking distance. 2-minute walk to Starbucks. It's also a great environment for long-term use.
