Alkis is a super friendly host, and always responds so quickly. Once I didn’t know how to use the washing machine, he came in person just in five minutes! Also he gave me so many recommendations for local cuisine and tourist attractions. The apartment is well maintained and is in a rather perfect location, 10-15 minutes’ walk to the heart of the Old Town, and 1 minute’s walk just to the beachside. The parking place is easier to find compared to the old town, so it’s more friendly to self-drivers. Overall, highly recommended.

This unit was very comfortable for two of us. Stamatis is a great host, very responsive. We had an issue with the TV, Wi-Fi and the tea kettle. They were resolved immediately. We needed something to be printed and he offered to come on Saturday to help us. Very nice.

This place is really great. However, we had to leave because an annex is under construction and there was work from 7:30 am to 8pm. We were not informed of the situation before our arrival. It was difficult to enjoy the pool and balcony and the work woke us up in the morning despite it being Saturday! On the other hand, once the work is finished, the place is really perfect, spacious and close to everything!

Modern, well designed & equipped condo. Great location within walking distance to waterfront and many good restaurants. Reserved covered parking is a bonus. Gad is very responsive.

I enjoyed the stay very much. The apartment is very lovingly designed, modern yet very cozy. Practical and with wonderful shower. Communication was always very accommodating and helpful! I'd love to come back.

Beautiful views, quiet, everything within walking distance, decorated with attention to detail. Very sweet hosts: nice honey, jam, cheese, butter and eggs, pomegranate, coffee, tea, drink, good tips for resto, bar, beach,...Fantastic terrace and separate patio at entrance. Recommended!

The apartment is very well furnished, there are all the amenities for staying for a long time, many sheets and pillows. The host is very responsive. It takes few minutes of walk to arrive in a small beach and 10/15 minutes for the old town that is plenty of restaurants and shops. There are several supermarkets and coffee shops in the surroundings. It's not easy to find a parking spot, even in October, but during the night there is something free in the east area. Internet was very slow, practically not working, but I was not staying at home. Thanks for hosting me

The place was definitely worth it. It is an Airbnb in the "hotel style": there is a reception desk with the wonderful Maria, who knows a solution for everything (thank you for that). There is a super diligent cleaning crew. Otherwise, you have your "own" small apartment with so loving and detailed equipment that you really feel at home. Our bed was soooooo comfortable that we could sleep for a long time every day and the absolute game changer for us was the washing machine. The Airbnb is a little outside, we had unfortunately not rented a car and therefore traveled a lot on foot. As a result, we met many restaurants and cafes where the locals are staying instead of just "tourists" around us. We will definitely be back ❤️ by vehicle :) Thank you for everything. Excellent stay at Manolis. The residence is beautiful, peaceful, well laid out. Access to a shared rooftop with sea view to eat or chill. Balcony above the pool. The accommodation is a 10min drive from Rethymno. Easy to access and to park (which is not the case with the Rethymno!). Beautiful place to discover Rethymno and its surroundings and the southern beaches at 40min. We recommend eyes closed and will be happy to come back. And Manolis is so kind that it's hard to leave.

Great apartment in a quiet area, but a minute's walk from the sea and an area with many bars overlooking the sea. 10 minutes from the old town. Apartment with small terrace with excellent sea view (2 chairs and coffee table), pleasant especially at night and in the morning. Another very large covered terrace with a tent, which is also equipped with a barbecue. The apartment looks good with all comforts. Practical and pleasant stay. Host punctual in responses and suggestions. Very appreciated. Car parking available on the neighboring streets but always a maximum of 2 minutes from the apartment. We 4 of us (two adults and two children) had a great time taking advantage of the large space available.

The accommodation was cozy and about 10 minutes from the center. The neighborhood was quiet. Communication with Antonios was always nice and he responded quickly. I recommend. 😊

We stayed for 9 days in a beautiful apartment, very clean and well equipped. The apartment is about 10/15 minutes from the center of Chania, in front of a supermarket and in our opinion, is at the right distance from all the most beautiful beaches (1.45h max). The order, cleanliness and equipment of the apartment allowed us to enjoy our stay to the fullest! I would like to give a special thank you to the very nice Chrysoula. She was very kind, sociable and available to answer all our questions. She was the first local we met and it really warmed our hearts to meet her…thank you! We will definitely stay again. Thank you so much!

All around, everything worked very well. The technology and the condition in the apartment were also impeccable. Britta welcomed us personally with her husband and showed us everything in the apartment. She had sent us some links to restaurants and breakfast cafes in advance. These were very helpful. The area also seemed safe to me and on Wednesdays there is a weekly market at the doorstep. The way into the city was very easy and good to master. Also excursion destinations such as Balos Beach, Kourtaliotis Gorge, Kournas Lake and Elafonissi Beach were easily accessible by car. If we vacation in Chania again, we'd love to stay with Britta again.

The apartment is extremely well located in the city center, many restaurants nearby. There is a little noise in the evening but we didn't mind and it seems a little obvious given the location. The bedding is a little too firm for my taste. The apartment was very clean . We really enjoyed the terrace with the jacuzzi without any neighbors.

We enjoyed our stay at Katerina's place. The accommodation was spotless, very well equipped, very pretty, nothing was missing, it was even better than at the hotel. Katerina was always very responsive to us when needed and the small dishes prepared by her family were delicious. Regarding the location, there are very nice beaches less than 20 min away, the small tourist village of Panormo as well as the "highway" that crosses the island from east to west are 10 min from the accommodation. I recommend this place with my eyes closed!

We enjoyed the stay! The apartment is quiet and private, as well as located in the countryside. Everything worked smoothly and easily. Dimitri in particular was always friendly and quick to reach at any time. Additional requests (an extra blanket and restaurant recommendations) were responded to immediately. Here you can enjoy a vacation!

We had a lovely stay. Everything worked well and location was really nice. There are nice beaches nearby and restaurants and grocery stores are also close. The area is quiet and nice. The balcony is really nice and has a great view. It is larger than the pictures indicate, and we spend both morning and evening sitting there and enjoying the view. Katerina was really flexible and friendly when we arrived. The place was easy to find. We had rented a car, and the parking worked nicely.

We had a fantastic 7 night stay at Villa Life. The apartment was spotless and well-equipped and the pool and outside areas (including a mini gym which we weren’t expecting) were excellent. Antonis and Eleni were friendly and responsive hosts, sorting us out with a superb value car rental and responding to all queries very quickly. Plenty of parking and a short walk to lovely restaurants. Overall fully recommend!

We had an amazing stay in Chania for our honeymoon! The view and location could not be more perfect. Theodoro went above and beyond allowing us to check-in early, providing great restaurant recommendations, and responsive communication before and throughout our stay. We look forward to coming back in the future!

Over all the years of using Airbnb, this one ranks right up there with the very best. The place is amazing - the bathroom is really modern, and sparkling clean. The pictures of the room don't do it justice, the jacuzzi in the room with a window overlooking the marina area is a sight to see, and views from the balcony are great, especially when its sunset. Pavlos left us some welcome gifts, which made us feel right at home - and he was really friendly and accommodating in allowing us to leave our bags at the apartment before the room was ready. I don't think you'll find a better place to stay in Chania, and you won't regret booking this! 5*
