It's in the heart of Kas on a street called "Uzun Carsi" meaning Long Bazaar which leads you up to one of the most prominent sarcophagi is Monument Tomb (also called King's Tomb) located at the top of Uzun Carsi (the old main street of Kas). Carved from a single block, the tomb's inscriptions date back to the 4th century. It's walking distances to the shops, bars, beaches and to restaurants.

Due to its wooden structure, it can be hot during the day, especially in July and August; however, at nights, it is the coolest place we have. There is a shared pool. Wi-Fi is available.
