This is an amazing apartment - perfect location in a resturant strip and short walk to the water and into main centre/riva. The host is very thoughtful and left some lollies and croissants for us to enjoy upon arrival. The shower is one of the best I’ve had in Europe with great water pressure! The bed is comfortable and the air con works well to cool the apartment down on a hot day. The kitchen is very well stocked with many appliances and there is a supermarket a very short walk away. We only stayed 2 nights and regret not staying longer as there is a lot to do and see in Split and I could easily have stayed in the apartment longer. The host and his wife kindly offered to provide airport transfer for me and my 8 yr old son and we paid €30 euro when the transfer from port area is €50. Thank you very much for offering this to me as we had an early morning flight! Highly recommend to stay here!

This is not an airbnb. This is a 5 star hotel room with a 6 star balcony and a 7 star host. Absolute great place for a weekend or longer trip in split. location is superb - just outside old town and walkable. The appartement is fantastic with a great balcony and view - very clean and with everything you need. Anamarija is a perfect host who helped with great local recommendations.

Our stay in Split was absolutely wonderful, and this Airbnb was a big part of that! The home was spacious, spotless, and beautifully maintained—everything about it exceeded our expectations. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood, yet still within easy walking distance to all the top attractions, restaurants, and beaches. The highlight of our stay, though, was our incredible host, Gorana. She went above and beyond to help us plan our trip, offering great suggestions for excursions, places to eat, and things to see and do around Split. Her hospitality made us feel truly welcome and taken care of. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The stay was great. From the airport to the property, you can quickly take the bus. In a few minutes, you will arrive at the beach. There are two cheap beach bars. You can also quickly walk to the center and you will find a variety of nice restaurants, bars and other small shops. The property offers great views of the city. The apartment is well equipped and perfect for a longer stay.

Great location, only a 15 to 20 min car journey to either Split or Trogir. Lovely home right next to the water. Perfect for a quiet getaway, but easy travel to some of the more touristy areas.

We stayed in Mijo’s apartment for 6 nights and it was great experience .The apartment is really new and well furnished with everything you may need for even long stays. You can enjoy breathtaking sea views from the balcony. In just a few minutes from the apartment you will find calm beach with pines and boat to Trogir old town. Mijo is a great host and really responsible person. He gave us clear instructions on how to get to the apartment and treated us as his friends. He provided a travel cot and a high chair for our baby. I hope we come back again for longer period.

The waterfront apartment in Split is the perfect place for a couple to stay while enjoying a visit to this beautiful, vibrant and historical city. Toni and Helena and wonderful hosts who will answer your questions thoroughly and quickly and will make any recommendations for things to do and places to eat during your stay. The apartment is very comfortable and is furnished with everything you need during your stay. We loved sitting at the little balcony watching the city wake up, the people enjoying holiday life and even a few weddings in the church next door!! We got a very warm welcome. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed. Everything worked. We didn’t need to contact Petra during our stay as everything was provided. The terrace was very private, spacious and with beautiful views day and night. The beach and shop are 3-5 minute walk away stocking most items. If you don’t have a car, we decided not to hire, use Uber, super cheap. The 42 bus seems to run only week days in the winter and stops at the shop, again very cheap. So glad we stayed here, would stay again.

The apartment is a short walk into the heart of the old town in Split with a great view out onto the Adriatic. It is a good size space for 3/4 people with everything you could need. Klajdi was a great host. *Outside of the apartment is a construction site but this did not take away from the view nor did it impact our stay greatly.

Amazing accommodation.

Ivanas beautiful apartment features a private balcony and various shared terrasses with amazing views on the village and the sea (and amazing sunset views). Our 4-year-old daughter loved the swings, the trampoline and the play house. The town is charmingly laid-back and a bit remote. There is nice places closeby that invite for nice day trips, although a car is recommended for that, as the town can be reached by bus though only few daily connections exist. Ivana was very friendly and commited to creating a nice holiday experience.

The apartment was great for our trip to Split. It was in an excellent location and had everything we needed. Would recommend.

Tania’s place is super conveniently located, with most the most popular places only between 10-15 min walk! The apartment was clean and tidy and had some thoughtful touches like candy and bathroom hygiene products. Her communication was also great, being very responsive if I messaged with any questions. The elevator was also much appreciated with a heavy suitcase!!

It was a very good place to stay! Beautiful surroundings, close to a beach and with stores within walking distance. Bus connections to central Split was sufficient for our stay, although not the most frequent.

Mr. Vjenceslav was super nice, funny and helpful. The apartment was also found without major deficiencies as shown in the photos. We would definitely recommend this place with great views.

Thank you so much Petar, we had a lovely time in Split. The apartment was basic with everything we needed. It was super clean and tidy. Lots of places to eat and a beach literally across the road. The bedrooms had no aircon, but Petar had fans delivered the next day, greatly appreciated. We also had a very late flight home and he kindly extended our check-out time. Thanks again.

This is an exceptional apartment, split over two levels with first floor bedroom and bathrooms and living and kitchen space above, leading to a large balcony. Yes it is set on a hillside and yes the pathways up from the beach are steep, but the view of the whole bay made the climb worth the effort. The apartment is very modern and bathrooms spotless. The pool is a decent size and whenever we were using it we had it to ourselves. Apartment comes complete with James Bond style hatch opening to the rooftop! There was a mix up with check-in but the owner quickly responded to the message on Airbnb and got it sorted. The apartment is possibly the best equipped we have stayed in with plenty of crockery and utensils and chopping boards etc and plentiful supplies of toilet rolls, linen, towels (for bathrooms and for pool). Driving and parking can be challenging. We will miss our evening BBQs on the balcony watching activity on the water and the sun setting. Book now, you won't be disappointed

Anita was a wonderful host, proactive in her communication and provided very clear instructions (super helpful for us weary travellers many hours delayed on arrival). Her flat is super homely and comfortable and a quick taxi ride into the city. Would recommend

Amazing hosts and a lovely place to stay!

Great place, great host, great location, great beaches (careful on the left side of one beach there are tiny sea urchins that nobody seamed to notice) at 6 minutes walking distance. very quiet and peaceful neighboorhood and the hosts are so adorable you feel at home.

Elena was a spectacular host. She picked me up at the airport and took me to her home. It was a bit difficult to find the first time as it is on a pedestrian street but we quickly found our way around It is 5 minutes from EVERYTHING.. the beaches , green market, the palace and old town … The patio and pool made a perfect place to relax after a long day sightseeing
