Offering a panoramic view of Stobreč Bay, and river mouth of Žrnovnica, Garden View Villa, just 500 m from nearby beach, offers ravishing view, but also offers comfortable and quiet garden space for private moments. This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, and private garden full of Mediterranean plants. There is a train station nearby, and you can be in the center of Split in 20 minutes. Trains to the city of Split are on average every 2 hours. The villa is fully equipped and air-conditioned with 7 air-conditioning units. You are in the house alone and the whole villa is for you. Pool open from April 20 to October 20

Builded third year ago. Pool is private, not shared with anyone and its heated pool. There is lounge area around pool- nicely decorated pool outdoor furniture , open air shower and grill area.
