It is a five-minute car ride from the main town and port of Mirina; and only 1,5 km from the sea and the beautiful beach of Aghios Ioannis. Big windows, the location and the high altitude of the village allows the house to always have a fresh climate. Quiet terrace with panoramic views onto the hills. Το σπίτι βρίσκεται στην πρωτεύουσα του νησιού, τη Μύρινα. Το σπίτι είναι ένας ενιαίος χώρος και είναι ημιυπόγειο. Μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει δυο ή τρία άτομα, καθώς υπάρχουν δυο μονά κρεβάτια και ένας καναπές που μπορεί να χρησιμοποιηθεί σαν κρεβάτι. Σε κοντινή απόσταση υπάρχει φούρνος και δυο μεγάλα σούπερ μάρκετ. Επίσης, μερικά απο τα αξιοθέατα του νησιού απέχουν λίγα μόλις μέτρα από το σπίτι, όπως το μουσείο, το κάστρο και η κεντρική αγορά με τα καταστήματα. Παρέχεται δωρεάν πάρκινγκ στο κτίριο.

Traditional Limnos house. Accommodates 4 people, perfect for a family. The house is in the beautiful and quiet location of Aghios Ioannis beach. Outside, there is a patio and a balcony where you can enjoy the amazing sea view and the sunset with a relaxing drink or snack. It is only a 2 min walk from the beach (75m.), 10 min drive from the city centre of Mirina and a 20 min drive from the airport. Car hire is advisable in order to enjoy the island and private parking is outside the house.
