Vacation rentals in Kasos

Our stay at Ioannis' traditional house was just perfect. Ioannis knows exactly what matters – his accommodation really leaves nothing to be desired. The house is lovingly decorated, well equipped and absolutely clean. Everything you need is there, and everything is neat and thoughtful. The location is quiet yet very convenient: only about 5 minutes away is the small town of Othos with one of the cheapest supermarkets on the island and a tavern with excellent food. The surroundings are authentic and invite you to relax. We would like to emphasize the hospitality of Ioannis. He is incredibly friendly, responds immediately to questions and takes exceptional care of his guests. You feel welcome and well looked after from the first moment. We can fully recommend this place and would come back anytime!

I had the most amazing stay at Eleni’s Villa. Just beyond Arkasa, Finiki looks out at Kallos and the southwest. Gorgeous setting on the bluffs only 100 feet from the Aegean. Neat clean plunge pool, lounge furniture, all just so comfortable and clean. Welcoming host, Eleni met me and saw me off with a gift so precious I won’t describe it. My ideal Karpathian villa.

We have an amazing few days stay, in what is a beautiful and quaint villa with everything you need to be self sufficient there (coffee machine, full kitchen, washer, etc.). The view from both terraces is amazing, and the beach close by (Kato Lekkos) is stunning is you have a 4x4 or fancy a walk. Vagelis was very proactive in his communication, met us in the main town and took us across to the accommodation. He gave lots of great tips on restaurants and places to visit on the island, including offering to help once we’d left and moved to a different part of the island. Thank you for having us, and we hope to come back one day.

Irene is an absolute superhost. She has a good feel for her guests, their interests and was always very approachable. Everything was as described, very clean, comfortable, welcoming. The beach on the doorstep is fantastic. We will keep the time in very good memory. Thank you Irene for the great stay.

We (parents and child 15) were able to enjoy the days on Karpathos without restriction. Friendly, warm host. Among other things, we were provided with jam from our own apricots and oranges! The kitchen equipment is a bit sparse, but numerous taverns with civil prices and good food make cooking your own meals almost unnecessary. The sea is a 5-minute walk away (due to the strong wind and surf these days, unfortunately, we could not get into the water well there). Conclusion: We recovered well and were completely satisfied.

Beautiful cozy apartment with an amazing view over Finiki Beach! Finiki is probably one of the most „greek“ and authentic places i‘ve ever been to! Just enjoy the atmosphere and relax. The host was very friendly and everything matched the description. You can easily park your car and reach the beach and the lovely restaurants by foot! We will definitely come back next year!

We enjoyed our stay at the Lux View Suite! The place looks exactly like the photos, is very clean, modern, and practical. Our personal highlight was the incredibly beautiful terrace with private pool and jacuzzi. Privacy guaranteed! The view from there is simply fantastic. We felt very comfortable and at home from the first moment. The communication with Tina and her husband was always very friendly and proactive. From the two we also received great tips for the island and surroundings. The service was excellent! There are beautiful beaches and great restaurants to discover in the surrounding area. A car is definitely needed on the island. The nearest supermarket is about 20 minutes away. We definitely recommend the Lux View Suites! We will be happy to come back and look forward to next time.

I stayed 4 nights at Thea. The place is a little house facing the sea on the west side of Olympos. It’ extremely clean and perfectly equipped for a long stay. The very must is the balcony with an amazing view on Olympos, the mountains and wide open sea. Olympos is one of these miraculous places in Greece which is still almost unspoiled by tourism. The village in the mornings and evenings, when the daily tourists are away, is very quiet, with a few family tavernas. If you are a hiker, it’s a dream place, with dry landscapes and vertiginous mountains falling into the sea. You can also explore the seashore from the quiet little harbour of Diaphani, 15 min by car from Olympos. I hope to be back next year, for a longer stay, and I will definitely try and rent again Fotini’s place.
