The small hallway leads into the living room with small kitchenette (fridge, microwave, double induction hob). Coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dishes, pots, spices, oil, vinegar available. Bedroom: 160 x 200 cm double bed, chest of drawers and clothes rail. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Parking on request.

The bright and friendly apartment with living room and bedroom is located on the garden floor of our house, which is accessible by an external staircase. Very good bus connection to the city center. In the district there is a cafe, an ice cream parlor, two pizzerias and many shops (10 min walk) and lots of greenery. The property is located in a quiet residential area. Free parking is available on the property or directly in front of the house or in the main street, 100m from the house.

The quietly located, well-kept and bright apartment (28 sqm) in Trier-Ruwer-Höhenlage is located in the souterrain (1 floor down) of a 5-party house with views of the countryside. There is a small kitchenette in the entrance area. From here you can get straight into the bathroom with shower/toilet.
