The beach cottage has 1 room and a sauna. The hot tub is available with a separate agreement and weather permitting, a surcharge of 130 €/week. Amenities: electricity, microwave, refrigerator, stove, oven, toaster, running water from a borehole, fireplace. The place is available from the beginning of October to the middle of December and again from the end of February to the end of April.

Ulvontähti - a modern cottage by the lake

Beautiful and compact cottage created by an architect in Soini, Ulvo village for guests. Here, time slows down and the mind rests. The living area is 30 m², the sauna's large IKI stove provides soft steam. A bed for four and a sofa bed, a lot of terrace. The kitchen is well-equipped and the dry toilet is warm and odorless. Equipment includes a Cardinal grill, smokehouse, barrel, boat and games. Firewood is included, electricity and drinking water are available. A small and modest beach cottage is located about 2 km from the main road, on the border of Pihtipudas and Viitasaari. Sauna, swim and relax, even along the way, or stay longer! You can stay in the cabin on the loft and in the living room. Air heat pump and fireplace. Wood-fired sauna. Tap water is potable. A clean outdoor toilet in an outbuilding with a new ecological and hygienic flushing toilet seat. You have a gas grill and a rowboat at your disposal. The basic reservation includes a double bed for two people.

The property is a separate upstairs apartment in the house, which is entirely for the private use of guests. The apartment has its own entrance and the premises are not shared with others. The balcony opens up to a stunning lake view, where you can enjoy peaceful moments and beautiful sunsets. The yard and beach are available to guests along with the host family.

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful accommodation at the tip of your own lake cove and peninsula. Kivijärvi is Finland's 30th largest, largely wilderness and fish-rich lake. Nearby is also Salamajärvi National Park with hiking trails and services of different levels. This small but really functional place for a small family vacation or telecommuting by the beautiful scenery and tranquility. Still, the services are close in two directions, Kivijärvi center about 15 min and Kinnula 20 min.

Comforts include a dishwasher, washing machine, drying cabinet, induction stove, Wi‑Fi, and municipal water. An EV charger is available. A rowing boat with a 6 hp motor is included, and a 150 hp boat can be rented with a separate agreement.

Downtown is served by two shops, a pharmacy, a gas station for lunch and a list of dishes, a cafe, a cozy playground, and a nice beach. about 600m away is the marina, and there is also a beach and dressing rooms. 7km away is the youth center Piispala, with a great setting for sports and leisure.
