House vacation rentals in Karrinyup

My family and I have just returned home after a fabulous 3 week stay at this property. Everything about the house was perfect for us and mirrowed exactly what was described. The kids loved the outdoor pool and trampoline whilst me and my wife we're delighted with the clean, light, spacious interior and the privacy we enjoyed. The house is located in a lovely quiet suburb, within walking distance to great shops, cafes and bars along with immaculale parks/ovals for the kids to enjoy outside activities. It was also a perfect location for us to explore all of Perth's delights being close to both the freeways and the train station. The host's communicated brilliantly and responded immediately on the odd occasion we needed to get in touch. All in all, we had a brill holiday in a beautiful property in an amazing City and would not hesitiate to stay here again or recommend to our friends & family. Thanks Dean & Sally

A beautiful home, thoughtfully furnished for a family or a group to reside together. The swimming pool was great ! It's a nice place to relax, swim and chill. We were pleasantly surprised with a basket of fresh fruits in the house. The fridge and pantry was stocked up with the basic needs for our stay. Because of the fantastic accommodation we had a great holiday in Perth, Australia.

Our stay at Paul's place was so lovely! Paul was such a great host who welcomed us so warmly. He was very responsive and helpful to answer all our queries and also gave us great recommendations for our trip. A bonus was that his place has a spectacular view that takes your breath away. We loved seeing wild kangaroos just at the entrance hanging out and the chickens in the coop too. The entire place was so spacious and the kitchen was very well-equipped. Great holiday booking for groups and families. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay at Min's house! We chose it for its convenient location close to family nearby, and it turned out to be the perfect choice. The house is spacious and well-equipped, with four generous bedrooms with comfortable beds, two bathrooms with fantastic showers, a large kitchen, and a fantastic outdoor entertainment area complete with a BBQ, spa, and pool. It’s ideal for families — we enjoyed dining outside every evening under the covered patio. Min was also very accommodating, kindly allowing us a later check-out, which we really appreciated. We would definitely stay here again next time we visit family!

Family of 4 with 2 children. We like this place so much and truly enjoyed our stay. The whole place is so beautifully decorated at every corner and smells amazing with the aroma scents! Our family of 3 adults, a toddler and a baby stayed here for 9 days. It was one of the loveliest houses we’ve stayed. Bedrooms were big and spacious and the bed was so comfortable. My kids had a wonderful time playing in the living room and they also liked reading the Peppa pig books in one of the bedrooms. The kitchen was well stocked and there was a nice dining area with a high baby chair we could have our family meals together at. Location was awesome as well! There was a park just a few minutes walk away and the kids loved going there to play with the friendly dogs and at the playground. Scarborough beach was also a short drive away and so was Karrinyup mall which had restaurants, supermarkets and everything we needed and more! We really enjoyed our stay here and hope to be back next time!

Great home with everything included. Super comfy beds. Extremely understanding of our situation whereby booked for 2 adults yet our grandchildren ended up crashing most nights. A very generous Host. We would stay here again if we need to be in the Marmion area.

I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Airbnb! The space was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable visit. The location was perfect, tucked away in a quiet neighborhood but still close to great restaurants, shops, and local attractions. Our host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, providing clear check-in instructions and helpful local recommendations. It truly felt like a home away from home. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Absolutely loved our stay at Paton House. Beautifully designed house with a wonderful cosy vibe. The location is perfect. Chanel was an outstanding host and was always so responsive. We are already planning for our next weekend getaway to Freo just so we can be back in Paton House.

The house is situated in a great central place for exploring any areas north of the river by car, being close to the highway, freeway and Wanneroo road. Most places are easy to get to from here and places like Kings Park, the beach, Caversham wildlife park and the zoo are all 15-25 mins away (traffic depending) Plenty of restaurants, grocery stores and a huge shopping mall within walking distance which was very convenient. The street was very quiet and peaceful so relaxing in the house at night was never an issue either. Didn't come across any issues regarding the stay, the house was very clean and had everything we needed for the stay and Faisal was very quick to respond to any queries and questions we did have. Very pleasant experience!

Levi’s place was a perfect place for us to stay in Scarborough. Very comfortable, clean and quiet with a lovely ambience. The house is well equipped with everything you need and just a 10 min walk to the beach. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

nice clean house. 4 bedrooms so plenty of space even for big families. big 2 car garage and space for another 3 cars in the driveway kitchen is extremely well equipped with everything you could need bathrooms are clean and modern only thing that bothered us was that this house is cramped into it's places between the other houses. the neighbors are so close that there's literally not a single window they can not peak through so every window has shades which makes especially the lower level very dark and you can't tell if it's rain or sun outside

Jasmine’s place was so comfortable and perfect for my family. Location was great for the sporting competition we were in town for. Overall, we loved our stay at Jasmine’s place. Will definitely stay again.

Roxy was great, the home was really a home. I came from Melbourne first time in Perth. I stayed in the city for a couple nights at first and was honestly ready to go back home. When I stayed here in Roxy’s home I didn’t really want to leave lol. It felt warm, and Cosy. It was hard to wake up because the bed was super comfortable lol. Roxy was a good person and also took the time out to check up and make sure everything was okay half way through my stay. Definitely going to be the home I book when I come back!

We have stayed in Aileen’s accommodation for 2 nights as part of our multigenerational family trip. The stay was one of the highlights of our trip. The house was exceptionally clean, well-maintained and well-cared for. The entire place was spacious and there was room for everyone to spread out. The kids loved the outdoor space and sports equipment. The house is tastefully decorated and is a sight for sore eyes. There were plenty amenities and features such as filtered hot/cold water system, ride on toy car, baby cot, highchair etc, that made our stay even more enjoyable. Aileen is a great host, she has allowed us to pick fruit off the trees in the garden. We would highly recommend this accommodation.

This place was absolutely beautiful especially as it’s only about an hour and bit out from local suburbs, pictures do not do it justice definitely need to update the pictures on the listing but the reviews are spot on !! All the rooms were amazing kept and the house it’s self with it structure and layout it’s beautiful, everything was clean and fresh and it was easy to locate and check into. The scenery and location is amazing overall I will want to stay here again !!! The only two things I found as a downside was there was 1 single mice in the main room running around at night which kept me up and I did see some droppings in the morning but that’s expected as the location of the property, the whole house is quite sealed and clean so this is definitely something the host does keep on top of ! The drive way upto the house is quite steep and uneven and very long as I think it should be listed on the add as this could be a possible danger to people who don’t have equipped cars.

We had a great stay at Carly’s place. Clean, comfortable, and exactly matched the pictures. Perfect location, close to amenities and the beach. Carly was also responsive and friendly too! Would definitely recommend.
