Downstairs you can linger in the courtyard, which invites you to barbecue and linger in gray-colored weather. Welcome at Haus Theda! Built in 2023, the scandinavian style low-energy house is situated with its "sister house", Haus Swanhild, in a garden district near the lake of Fockbek. Its barrier-free and light-flooded interieur is defined by an open gallery space with a combined kitchen dining and living room with stove and sofa/double bed, next to a sweet sleeping room for two. A galery space upstairs invites for relaxed moments and sleeping aswell. The veranda is equiped for outdoor living.

This cozy 30 m² apartment on our quiet farm in St. Annen can accommodate 1–2 people. The apartment has a living/sleeping area, kitchenette, shower room and Wi-Fi. Enjoy pure nature, fresh eggs from the farm and animals to touch. The North Sea and Friedrichskoog are within easy reach – ideal for switching off, walking and cycling. Parking space available right by the house. Pets are welcome here. Breakfast at the country inn around the corner can be booked for €20 per person.

The accommodation is part of our Quellental forest estate in Odderade, Dithmarschen district and is located in the middle of a forest clearing, nestled in a picturesque pond area. Our forestry operation is part of the largest forest area on the North Sea coast, the Riesewohld. Here, 700 hectares of partly uncultivated, natural forest invite you to linger and explore.

Our spacious Danish-style vacation home is located on the Eiderstedt peninsula and is located in the idyllic village of Kating. The nearly 500 m² property offers an unobstructed view of the sheep meadows opposite and of fantastic sunsets. The single-story vacation home "Sanderling" can accommodate up to 4 people and has a living area of 65 m² plus an outdoor terrace and garden.

The charming apartment, renovated in 2022, is located on the ground floor with its own entrance and terrace and garden.
