Beautiful deciduous trees and shrubs surround your home. German and Swedish TV are available. Wi-Fi and Chromecast. Excursions to the glass kingdom such as Kosta and Öland are close by for visiting. Or why not an elk safari at Grönåsen's elk and farm animal park or Eriksberg's safari park. Tennis, paddle courts (single and double) and golf course are nearby. Rackets are available to borrow. Cottage in Juleboda/Österlen next to Maglehem & the sea

Within walking distance is the vast beautiful beach that stretches from Stenshuvud to Åhus. The cottage is a short drive from both Kivik and Åhus. From spring 2025, we have 4 new nice bicycles in the cottage that can be used by guests. Good fishing opportunities are nearby in Helge Å, among other places. The military facility Ravlunda shooting range is a bit away but it is closed throughout the summer and there is no activity. In other periods, sounds and bangs from shooting exercises can be heard.
