Great house, a 5 minute drive from central Karlskrona! Lots of toys for kids available, and very responsive host. Overall very clean (on the surface), but needs a deep clean (lights, doors, skirting boards... Details). 😊👌lovely host! Thank you

This is the best of Sweden, look no further! Charlotta's house was so cozy. Easy to live in for at family of two adults + two teenagers. The household has everything you need incl. a barbecue. The beds were comfortable and the indoor environment great. Romantic Swedish wall coverings, not two were alike. The garden was big, full of beautiful spots to hide for shadow or for sun. The beach was top for all ages, even for very small children. People with vulnerable feeds can easily walk barefooted to the beach from the house and also AT the beach. Great local running paths! During our stay we wondered how come it was so quiet, having houses all around. We came to the conclusion that Swedes are very peaceful. Even on a Friday night! Locals were sitting on terraces with friends and families without a sound, waving friendly to us. The boat from Sjuhalla to Karlskrona is a must and the small isles east of Karlskrona worth a visit. Good local Coop. We highly recommend this Paradise!

Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig in einem Wald. Wir haben als 5köpfige Familie dort Urlaub gemacht und waren super zufrieden. Die Veranda im Sommer hat unseren Schwedentraum total erfüllt! Das solltet ihr wissen damit es auch euer Traumhaus wird: Das Arrangement der Betten ist nicht ganz eindeutig. Die 2 Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss mit je 2 Betten sind im Grunde genommen ein großer Raum mit einer Standhöhe unterm Dach von 1,70cm. Für Erwachsene ist es dort etwas umständlich. Unsere 3 Kids (7,9,12) haben es aber geliebt. Unten im Wohnzimmer ist eine Schlafcouch und ein Babybett. Eine offene Treppe führt nach oben. Mit kleineren Kinder also eine gute Kombination. Bei größeren Kindern fehlt es etwas an Privatsphäre. Die enge Treppe kann oben mit Babygitter gesichert werden. Wir haben das Haus unseren Kindern ‚überlassen‘ und sind uns Gästehaus gezogen. Dort haben wir auf dem Spitzboden geschlafen und hatten unser eigenes Badezimmer. Für uns die ideale Kombination.

Pär was super responsive as a host. Their house is such a fine gem. It's in walking distance from the town, yet far enough away to be private and with a great view over the archipelago and the city on the opposit side of the water. Quiet and calming - soothing for the soul.

Wir haben mit zwei Kindern eine sehr schöne Woche im scharmantem und gemütlich eingerichtetem Ferienhaus verbracht. Das Haus mit großer Rasenfläche ist für Familien mit Kindern sehr gut geeignet. Aus unserer Sicht ist im Haus alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Die Umgebung ist ländlich und ruhig. Der See hat ein tollen Strandabschnitt. Wenn ein weiterer Urlaub in der Umgebung anstehen sollte, würden wir das Ferienhause wieder anfragen. Mads ist sehr guter Gastgeber, gut zu erreichen und super freundlich!

hat alles sehr gut geklappt, und wir durften sogar weil unsere Fähre ausgefallen ist noch bis an den Nachmittag unseres Abreisetages bleiben, da unsere Fähre erst spät abend fuhr. fragen wurden immer umgehend beantwortet vielen Dank

we had a great time in Irene's accomodation. The house is just as you would expect from a cosy Swedish house (with two fantastic tile furnaces). The view from the house over the water is awesome. The village is quiet and beautiful with very friendly people. The local shop is small but it has everything you might suddenly need. For our family (including the dog) this was exactly how we pictured our Christmas holiday in Sweden.

Sehr freundlicher und fleißiger Gastgeber. Optimal für kleine Kinder. Es war sehr sauber und angenehm. Das Anwesen ist sehr vielseitig und die Sauna (auch wenn wir nur einmal Zeit hatten) ist wundervoll. Host stand bei Problemen sofort mit Antwort bereit, das war eine außerordentliche Leistung, freundlich, hilfsbereit, kulant.

Great hosting couple, nice and friendly. House was super clean and everythin in perfect condition. The patio was beautiful and relaxing and we really enjoied it. The rooms had been cleaned from their everyday family items. The house is located near a trainstation/buss station where both bus and train leaves frequently so it is fast and easy to get downtown. If you don't want to clean, you will have to pay extra when you are there, that is not included in the bill. Amazing house and hosts.

Very nice and comfortable house in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood. Close to everything by car. Breathtaking views from the living room. We came in the winter to visit family but being there in the summer must be great. Niklas was very easy to communicate with and answered our questions very fast. Their cat was easy to take care of and a nice companion for the kids.

Tolles Haus in traumhaft schöner und ruhiger Lage und mit viel Weitsicht. Wir, eine große Familie mit Kindergartenkind und Teenagern haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen, die Kinder hatten viel Spaß im Pool und im für Kinder eingerichteten Garten, wir Großen haben besonders die Sonnenuntergänge auf der Terrasse genossen. Küche und Haus sind perfekt ausgestattet. Asa war sehr herzlich und für alle Fragen schnell erreichbar. Haben unseren Aufenthalt daher verlängert, auch, weil die schöne Umgebung viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten zu bieten hat.

Wir haben uns bei Kristoffer und Emma auf dem schwedischen Land sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus und die Außenbereiche bieten tolle Aufenthaltsbereiche, die je nach Wetter prima zu nutzen sind. Das Haus und besonders die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet.
