Super charming accommodation with everything that might be needed. The host was also very helpful and responded quickly to questions. If I ever come to Karlshamn again, I would love to come back!

Wonderful place. Lovingly landscaped property. It feels like home. The owners are gardeners and live next door. They really made a little paradise here. Beautiful surroundings. Great hiking or cycling trips. Mats, the owner, offered us a wonderful boat tour and told us interesting details about nature and history. He speaks German very well and even borrowed us extra bikes. Plenty of space in the house, cozy areas, well-equipped kitchen. Downstairs a little musty, but it was easy to ventilate. Our full recommendation.

Very nicely located and cozy house. Very well-equipped. Short walk to the sea. Especially the conservatory is very useful in the rain. There was Wi-Fi. The house did not have a wallbox for electric cars. Around the house is a garden to play or relax. The town of Pukavik is close to the highway, supermarket and beach are easily accessible by car. We had a very nice time as a family with two children. Please note: despite the cleaning fee, the floors and bathroom should be cleaned by the guest. We highly recommend the house.

A top place! You felt right at home. Lots of toys for the small, good sleeping possibilities, kitchen fully equipped and a quiet idyllic location in the middle of the forest. (only the climbing frame is unfortunately no longer available)

We felt very comfortable The house was big enough for 8 people. There is only 1 shower, but it worked out great. In the evening we sat on the terrace or by the campfire. From the house you can go directly to the river there are a lot of hiking trails nearby. Hossein is a very good host, he always responded very quickly, is very nice and always helped. Thank you very much for the wonderful holiday with you.

This is the second time i return, amazing house. Close to beautiful wilderness and close to Mörrumsån. Will visit again!

If you are looking for peace and quiet, you are in the right place. A place where you can relax and unwind wonderfully. The house has a great view and there are wonderful hiking trails in the area.

Well, what a find! From the moment we arrived, Annette went above and beyond to make us feel right at home after our long journey from Australia. Annette's lake house is everything and more than you would expect. Tranquil surroundings put you to ease as soon as you walk through the door, and it only improves from there. We had the entire top level, including lounge area for private use and shared use of the beautiful lounge rooms, dining area, kitchen (including fridge space) and outdoor areas. The master bedroom was large, bed very comfortable, with ample storage. Annette was available but never obtrusive and helpful with guidence and assistance, directions and information for our weeks holiday in Sweden. Our only negative was that we were not able to stay for longer in the beautiful region of Karlshamn and relax for days at a time around by lake. Definitely on my list for our return to Sweden. The home is extremely charming and well-maintained. Everything was clean and as described. The communication with the host went smoothly-a very kind and helpful person. The house had all the amenities mentioned in the ad. The windows have a beautiful view of the sea, and the intimate garden adds charm. The neighborhood is extremely quiet – perfect for a getaway.
