Nice holiday house to stay in, it feels like a lived in home. It isn't a sterile rental only place, it is clearly a loved family home.

We felt very comfortable. It's very cozy. The view from the roof terrace... just beautiful. The sauna was a great experience on a rainy day. We will be happy to come back 🥰

A wonderful place to unwind! The house is as beautiful as depicted. Gorgeous views and sunsets from the deck. A great plus is the sauna! We thoroughly enjoyed our week at Erik’s place. Highly recommended!

Louise was really friendly, easy to communicate. It was super new and really clean. Nice apartment with kitchen and bathroom. We had our dog with us, which was good . Thanks! We would visit again.

We stayed in the house for 10 days and it was great. The house corresponds to the description and if you are looking for a quiet place on the lake with jetty and rowboat, this is the place to be. If you want to go shopping or even out to eat, you can be in Karlshamn in 10 minutes at most, a beautiful small town with everything you need. Jonas is a prudent and helpful host who has shown himself to be very friendly and polite, always recognizable. By being available at all times, sometimes coming by and giving great tips that enriched our everyday vacation life. Anna was a really warm host and was quickly helpful in all matters. We felt very comfortable with her and can imagine ourselves to stop by again when the wonderful cafe is open - overall highly recommended!

A really cozy house in nice surroundings with amazing views. We were disappointed that you could not swim from the property when we had specifically asked about this at the time of booking, but otherwise everything was great.

Very nice place with a cozy feel next to the water. Makes you feel like home. Johan was very easy to communicate with and met every request we had. Would love to come back another time.

Very nicely located and cozy house. Very well-equipped. Short walk to the sea. Especially the conservatory is very useful in the rain. There was Wi-Fi. The house did not have a wallbox for electric cars. Around the house is a garden to play or relax. The town of Pukavik is close to the highway, supermarket and beach are easily accessible by car. We had a very nice time as a family with two children. Please note: despite the cleaning fee, the floors and bathroom should be cleaned by the guest. We highly recommend the house.

We felt very comfortable The house was big enough for 8 people. There is only 1 shower, but it worked out great. In the evening we sat on the terrace or by the campfire. From the house you can go directly to the river there are a lot of hiking trails nearby. Hossein is a very good host, he always responded very quickly, is very nice and always helped. We were three couples renting this house for a weekend, we ate well and bathed between meals and enjoyed the quiet island. We are very satisfied with our stay at Åsa's house and hope we get the opportunity to rent next summer again. PS. we loved the decor and Åsa's ceramics ☀️

Nice house, beautiful views of the sea and beautiful nature reserves in the area. We enjoyed, especially in the morning, sitting on the dock with a cup of coffee and studying the rich wildlife. Please note that there is a fairly busy road right next to the house, so there is some noise from this one. However, it only took a few days, so you would have gotten used to it and could "filter" the sound from. Mathias was great at communicating- both for questions, but also for giving tips and suggestions for activities. Please set up a bathing ladder so we could (winter) swim right outside the house. 🥶😅 He was also really helpful when we had car problems and couldn't start one car- helped talk to support and was very flexible with checkout time. Super host! 🙏🏼😇
