Next to an old rectory, we have individually expanded a small side room for us, for friends and guests. Some things are modern, others still have the charm of past times. Much seems to us to be coherent, some is still in the making. So nothing is standard. What we have not yet considered and is useful for guests can usually be quickly supplemented. It can accommodate a total of 8 people and is perfect for a vacation with family and friends. Enjoy summer days on the large terrace in the garden and go on an adventure to explore the island. The beautiful fireplace and sauna provide a cozy winter retreat. For workaholics, we have set up a fully equipped office.

Our two identical holiday cottages are located in a separate building next to our main house, each with its own private entrance – quiet and private. The sauna is right next to the natural swimming pond and can be used freely, with towels and bathrobes included. The pond is perfect for cooling off after the sauna. Centrally yet peacefully located, directly by the Small Jasmund Bodden and next to a large nature reserve.

The thatched, listed Grüne Kate is a very cozy vacation home for up to 6 people. The huge, natural garden with the pond and the wealth of birds is simply a dream. A natural stone wall encloses this ensemble as an oasis for decelerators. Parking and a private terrace are provided. A rowboat awaits guests. Pick fruit from the trees, fish in the pond and directly on the grill: enjoyment guaranteed under the starry sky.
