Great accommodation. Well thought out concept with easy self check in / check out. Very clean, all services you need. 100 % recommend.

Check-in was very easy and my stay in the apartment was short but enjoyed every minute of it. There was a lot of space to hang cloth are put your things. Little old sewing desk where I could create my work space. After a long day of walking and or going to the gym the bath was very welcome as well.

We've never been in such a great place to stay. Everything has been really thought of. The amenities were more than satisfactory. There was also something for children to paint, as well as dog bowls for our hairy friends. Everything was super clean and we already noticed a totally pleasant smell in the entrance area, which spread over the whole villa. The breakfast boxes are great and were very easy to book via cell phone. The common area was also very handy. In general, everything was super relaxed to clarify with the phone. We would wholeheartedly recommend this place!

The accommodation was very clean and modern. You can't do much in the place itself, but the location in surrounding cities or the Ore Mountains make up the location. Unfortunately, we were more hoping for a sauna and less an infrared cabin for just one person. Otherwise, you can't complain. We felt comfortable in the apartment.

the place met all our expectations. Very modern and beautiful equipment of the premises. Great ski and recreation room. Everything is very clean, the linens fresh towels. Communication with Markus is also perfect. We didn't count it on anything. We would love to come back again and again.

I had a nice week in Vila jachymov. The apartment was as described. The location is very quiet, no street noise or something. Parking place in front of the house, very comfortable, so i just left my bike and equipment inside my car. Jachymov is a good location for biking, bikepark klinovec is just 5-10min away with car. Also bikepark plesivec about 20min with car. You can also start some nice hiking trip from jachymov. It was my second stay in the city and i will definitly come back again.

Very nice stay at Martin's place. The location is great, and the apartment sparkling clean. Host responds very quickly to all inquires. The apartment and all amenities are in great condition. A good place to spend a weekend or a few days.

Very nice and clean place, great location and plenty of space

Nice space for larger groups. The contact with Petra was great. We had smaller children with us and had to be very careful because of the road, as it runs close to the house. For older children, however, this should not be a problem

Great location -The room is very close to the main area in karlovy vary. Hana is a very responsive and helpful host.

The first impression was really good, the lower living space was warm and modernly furnished and there was everything you need. The lower bathrooms were heated, but didn't get really warm. The upper bedrooms were nicely decorated, also the hallway warms the sofa really cozy and warm. The upper bathroom was nice and warm, but the shower was an adventure, at some point you had the hang of it. The street noise was uncomfortable at night, with the window open didn't go at all. But the location on the street is just like this and you can't change it. We had a lovely weekend in the spacious house and would like to mention that the small pub next door is really quaint, cozy and it's hard to find it. We can recommend the house! The stay was very pleasant, the communication with Martin was seamless and we had everything we needed. We definitely recommend it.

We had a family reunion with 7 adults and 5 children, and we were all completely satisfied. The house has been restored with a lot of love. There are also illustrated documentation books. Sparkling clean and beautiful. The 5 children (13-16 years old) could sleep together in the large room. The three toilets were also sufficient for so many people. We grilled on the terrace in the evening and had a really wonderful time. Lenka is very nice and helpful.
