Blazenka is a very friendly and prepared host! She was waiting for us in front of the apartment, and then after check-in, she took us downtown, which is a 15-minute walk away. Thanks! :) The place is tidy, everything is available. Coffee, tea, milk, fruit were waiting for us. The place is in a calm, safe environment! We were very satisfied, thank you!

The place was great ! The hosts were very friendly and the communication was very pleasant. The apartment looks like from the photos, it was clean and tidy :) The hosts look out for the little things and we really liked that (water, welcome drinks, milk, spices, shampoos, q-tips, toothpaste…) We also got a free drink voucher in the city <3 We'll be back if we come to Karlovac again!!

I found Ogulin beautiful, the accommodation is on the outskirts of the town, surrounded by nature and with a magnificent view. There are animals (chickens, rabbits, dogs and cats) that the girls loved, and they also left us games, as well as a crib, high chair and potty. A perfect welcome! The house is large and comfortable, and Ivan is a delightful person!

Apartment was amazing, warm, homey and comfortable. Next time I’ll plan a trip to Karlovac, my first check will be if the apartment is again available since we had such a great time. We had a fantastic stay! The apartment was very clean and well-equipped with everything we needed. Luka was a great host—he welcomed us warmly with a drink on arrival and was quick to help when we had a small issue with the sound system. We especially loved the grill house, where we ended up spending most of our time relaxing and enjoying meals. As a special touch, Luka even brought us some delicious homemade sausage, which was such a treat. Highly recommend staying here!

Very good place to enjoy the region, river, kayaking, walks, fishing by Lake Ogoulin (30 min) The accommodation was very well equipped (small kitchen kit...) towels, sheets, the apartment is modern and very clean. The best part, a barbecue is available for grilling. However, be careful to come with the groceries before going up because supermarkets and shops are 30 minutes away... Thank you Ruza!

A great apartment. Very cozy and quiet, close to Plitvice Lakes and the mountains. From the apartment you can take directly several really nice tours. The settlement where the apartment is located, Saborsko, has a cafe/bar and a shop, a larger supermarket is about 20 km/25 minutes away by car. The farm of Anna and the surrounding area is simply beautiful, you can't recover from everyday life like anything else. Anna is a great host and super hospitable. We would very much appreciate staying with Anna again for twice as long!

Mrs. Vesna was very nice and helpful. She waited for us without problems despite the fact that we were a little late due to traffic, she also left us something to drink and prepared coffee in the morning. The apartment is absolutely first class! Modernly furnished, everything is like new, very clean and designed with a lot of love for detail. We were particularly surprised by the amenities: a PS4 in the living room and a hot tub in the bathroom – this offers real hotel comfort. Unfortunately, during our stay there were technical problems with the Wi-Fi (which we were transparently informed about in advance and was therefore fine) as well as with the hot water. Despite these small difficulties, our stay was very pleasant – the quality of the accommodation far outweighs them. Clear recommendation – we'd come back anytime!

This place looks just like the photos. Child friendly. There is a playground for children within the house. Quiet and relaxing.

Perfect stay near Plitvice! This was a wonderfully peaceful place to land after a cool and rainy day in the national park. Sandra met us at the door with a warm and kind greeting, gave a brief quick but thorough tour, and let us settle in to relax. Everything about her place is tasteful and thoughtful, and you can really feel the difference compared to the average options in the area. The hot tub, sauna, and comfortable 2-person bathtub were so nice, and we loved the serene view of the beautiful rolling hills nearby. The apartment was squeaky clean and clearly arranged with care.
