The tiny home is located near the stunning Salpausselkä outdoor terrain. Lahti Ski Stadium is five kilometers away. P-H central hospital within walking distance. In summer, handy electric bikes are available for rent from the nearby parking lot. Downstairs in the house, an idyllic wooden sauna with cooling facilities. The private peaceful yard has apple and plum trees. In summer, you can pick raspberries on top of the porridge, or when autumn comes, you can spin an apple pie from the yard's omput or just lie in a hammock.

This delightfully atmospheric, over a hundred-year-old small cottage invites you to stop in a peaceful milieu by nature and indulge in the presence alone or together.The ❤️ cottage comfortably accommodates 3-4, but in the summer time, the cottage's attic also has sleeping arrangements for three. The place is in the middle of nowhere, but within a humanly reachable distance of several attractions and services. The nearest shops are about 15 minutes' drive and public transport (train) is about 5 km from the property.

Services in approx. 300m distance : S-market, R-kioski, ATM, pharmacy, café, 2 restaurants, gym, illuminated 3 km fitness track/ski trail, Koskinen Arena and railway station. It's easy to get to us by train as well. The journey by train takes 17 minutes from Lahti and 25 minutes from Riihimäki. Trains run every hour during the day.

The sauna cabin is also pet-friendly and there is a large fenced area in the yard, so your pet can be safely outdoors.

Main cottage: living room, kitchen + 3 bedrooms and toilet, total 90 m2. There is also another cottage on the plot, with 4 separate beds upstairs. Modern kitchen equipment, including a dishwasher. The sauna building has a shower, an electric sauna and a small room. Large terrace in front of the sauna, which also has a wood-fired hot tub.

A cozy studio in a peaceful neighborhood, close to downtown Lahti. Within a 10-15 minute walk are Malva, the Travel Center, market square, sports center, harbor, and Sibelius Hall. In this apartment the original wooden squeaky floors welcome you to relax and enjoy your stay! I always wash the mattress cover and bed chlothes to every quest with undcented Finnish vegan products - my motto is "Clean bed gives you good sleep"! Cosy countryside cottage in the middle of nowhere. Cottage is located in same yard where the hosts home is. 15km to Riihimäki and 75km to Helsinki. Fully equipped kitchen with running water (both hot and cold water). Sauna in a separate building, built in 1930's. No shower there but traditional bucket shower works. Outdoor toilet. Four beds and one crib for baby. Good place for some hiking, biking and relaxing.
