A bright and compact studio in the heart of Nokian

Compact studio (22m2) with a balcony in the city center, with an air heat pump to keep you cool. The kitchen has basic supplies for cooking and coffee & tea for guests. The apartment can accommodate a maximum of 4 people, but ideal for two. Double bed (160x200) and sofa bed (120x200). Bed linens and towels are included. The apartment building has an elevator. Parking space right in front of the apartment. Possibility of longer-term accommodation, e.g. during pipe renovation. Ask for a quote!

The lake and adjacent rapids are popular with fishermen. The Birgita Trail hiking trail and the canoeing trail around Lempäälä run alongside. Ski trails 2 km. Train station 1.2 km, from where you can go to Tampere (12 min) and Helsinki (1h20min). Ideapark shopping center 7 km.

This small and compact apartment is located near good services, beautiful trecking paths and lakes with great swimming. Even in the winter you will have a chance to try cold dipping in a lake with a sauna. You will reach Tampere city in 20 minutes by tram. There is no kitchen but the apartment is equipped for making coffee/tea, preparing breakfast and heating up food. A peaceful location on 7th floor. Well suited for remote working and studying.

Villa Mylly in Näsijärvi

At Villa Mylly you will stay in a peaceful and stylish environment. Completed in 2024, the villa is located in the Paarlahti of Näsijärvi, just a 30-minute drive from the center of Tampere. You can also get next to it by bus. The villa has all the modern day amenities such as an indoor toilet and shower. Accommodates 4 adults and 1 child. The beach sauna is available for an additional fee (25€). The sauna is in use during the summer (5.1-9.30).

A spacious log cabin by the lake, completed in 2000, about 30 minutes from Tampere! Location in the sympathetic village of Kutala on the shore of fishy Kulovesi in a sheltered bay. A landscape house has been built for the cottage in autumn 2025. The outdoor lighting has also been renewed and you now have Philips Hue lighting, which gives you bright white or, alternatively, lighting in line with the season's theme for the entire outdoor area.

Beach is only 100m away, all the activities (including fat biking, flowpark, stand up paddling and in the wintertime skiing and downhill skiing) only a walk away! Our cottage has all the facilities, including a sauna where you can enjoy the view of the lake! The area offers activities for the whole family - Tampere is only 50km away, Sastamala 16km.

Modern apartment

We offer a quality Scandinavian style apartment for up to four people. The apartment is part of a large farm house and has a private entrance and parking, air conditioning, two double-beds, full kitchen, workspace, fast wifi, outdoor patio with grill etc. Main attractions of the region - Tampere, Ellivuori, Ritajärvi nature park, Lakeside Golf and Sastamala - are all easily reachable from our farm.

Kotamökki is a lakeside cottage in the Finnish countryside, 30 minutes' drive from Tampere, 1.5 hours from Helsinki and Turku. You have access to the main building with a living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom/sauna. The second bedroom is located in a separate building. The houses are connected by a patio.
