About the apartment: own entrance, hall, complete new living kitchen, shower bathroom, living room, car parking spot.

Tolles Apartment in sehr guter Lage. Alles sehenswerte ist fußläufig erreichbar. Das Apartment war sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für ein paar Tag benötigt. Auch auf unser Kleinkind wurde sich super eingestellt (Babybett, Spielsachen, etc.). Auch die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war super. Etwas verwundert waren wir, als fünf Tage nach dem Check-Out eine Nachricht kam, dass wir Flecken bzw. Abdrücke in der Küche hinterlassen haben sollen. Dies konnten wir nicht nachvollziehen. Für uns aber dennoch eine absolute Empfehlung für einen schönen Aufenthalt in Schwerin.

The location is great—right on the Marktplatz—so everything is super central and easy to reach. The apartment itself was very clean and spacious, and we really appreciated the coffee they left for us—we enjoyed a nice cup in the morning from the coffee machine. Check-in was super smooth, and they even let us in earlier than the official check-in time, which was a lovely gesture. The TV had Netflix, the Wi-Fi worked perfectly—no issues at all. The only downside is the noise at night. Since it’s right on the Marktplatz, there are often gatherings or events happening in the evening. On both nights we stayed, it was quite loud, so if you’re sensitive to noise or need a quiet environment to sleep, I’d recommend bringing earplugs. Overall, though, it was a great stay and we were happy to have found this place!

The unit was immaculate and decorated with interesting art throughout. The bed was comfortable. The shower was excellent. The kitchen had plenty of gear to cook and store food. I was there 3 weeks and it was perfect for me as I was working at the university just a few minutes away. There is a Dominos on the ground floor (the unit is a couple of floors up with elevator) but I never smelled pizza or heard any noise from the business. I will try to stay there on return visits.

Es ist ein sehr schöner Ort um den Alltag zu entfliehen. Der Besuch von Wäldern , Feldern und Seen bietet die Möglichkeit, durch bewusstes Eintauchen in die Natur Stress abzubauen. Ideal auch für Hunde geeignet..in nur 5min ist man mittendrin ...Leinen los und auf geht's. Auch lohnt sich der Besuch auf die Schlossinsel in Mirow mit dem Ausklang eine hervorragende Mahlzeit im Schlossrestaurant direkt am Wasser einzunehmen. Kevin ist sehr zuvorkommend legte noch ein neues Netz für die vorhandene Tischtennisplatte bereit. Wir fühlten uns herzlichst Willkommen. Vielen Dank für die 5 Tage. Die Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Wir haben unsere Flitterwochen auf dem Gut Üselitz verbracht und sind mehr als glücklich darüber. Dort kann man die absolute Ruhe und enorme Weite der Insel nutzen. Die Insel lässt einen jeden Tag etwas Neues entdecken und erfreuen. Wir haben jeden Tag neue Wege und Orte gefunden. Unsere Hündin hatte Ihren absoluten Spaß! Man kann seinen Hund immer und überall frei laufen lassen, ohne sich Gedanken zu machen. Für uns war der Aufenthalt rundum perfekt und wir würden jeder Zeit wieder kommen. ☺️
