A private villa with a pool, located 1.2 km from the sea. The kitchen is well-equipped with more than enough utensils, and the interior decoration is both tasteful and functional. Every room has air conditioning. With just a bit of landscaping, a full-size refrigerator, and even a small oven, it would be absolutely perfect. Thank you! An excellent option for Alanya - we stayed only one night and off-season, but the place was spotlessly clean, check-in was easy and flexible timewise and the pool looked inviting. Street parking was free and easy. We enjoyed our stay. Equipping the kitchen a bit more would be welcome, but it was not a problem. Can recommend!

Chak was incredibly gracious. He truly enjoys hosting people, he gave us so many recommendations. I ended up getting sick and he was so helpful and his concern and accommodation showed how much of a good person he truly is. The place was stunning, the views breathtaking and we cannot wait to come back. If you want to relax and be blown away by beauty, rent Chak’s place - you can thank me later!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was very clean, spacious, and comfortable, exactly as described. The location was perfect, and we felt right at home. The host was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. We would definitely love to come back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay!

We stayed for one week in April with our family of eight. The house looks like the pictures and is very nice. It could have been cleaner though. The outside area with a private pool and amazing view over the city, is breathtaking. There is a construction going on nearby, and probably will be for some time. Therefor there is noise outside at daytime. The house is beautifully located on the hill side. We walked down town several times, which took about an hour. With taxi the trip only takes about 15 minutes. Emrah checked us in and out, and was very helpful. We enjoyed our stay, and can recommend for those who want something private and likes beautiful views!

This was our first time in Alanya and I cannot think of a place I’d rather stay with my family! I think this house is a big reason why we fell in love with Alanya. The views are as magnificent as you see on the photos, the location is perfect, as for the house itself – the pictures don’t do it any justice. The place is truly historic but fully renovated and very comfortable. We were five, and it was perfect for any need: family breakfasts at the balcony, movie nights, stay-ins and making dinner. It’s spacious, clean, and just gorgeous. It was a joy to wake up there every morning, the balcony side faces east, so the entire place would be bathing in sunlight. Everything we needed was within walking distance: restaurants, shopping, beaches. Many thanks to Sinan for being our host. He greeted us, showed us around the house and left us to enjoy our vacation while remaining responsive to our immediate questions. We will definitely come back to Alanya and will be happy to stay here again!
