A charming cottage set within a 4 acres mature garden secluded from the main house by shrubs and trees with abundant birdlife. Located 5 minutes from central Karen with its shopping Malls and restaurants, many offering take away service. There is a kitchenette well equipped for self catering. Wifi coverage, Television with optional DSTV connection if desired, dvd player with wide selection of films on DVD and well functioning fireplace. We regret that we can only accept pets if very small.

Our unique cottage in the trees, sleeps two comfortably in an upstairs bedroom which has a kingsize bed and an ensuite toilet. The downstairs living room/kitchenette opens up onto a cozy veranda with stunning views of the indigenous forest, inhabited by monkeys and exotic birds. The living room is also equipped with an extra bed for a third guest. Downstairs is furnished with a bathroom and shower. We are located in a quiet suburb not far from shops and a number of excellent restaurants.

A cozy guest house

This is a wonderful, safe place to stay, especially if you are visiting KALRO or Lion's Eye Hospital, which are very close. There is a good work area for a computer. The family is super friendly and I enjoyed meeting every one of them. Breakfast and dinner were provided whenever I was in. The attached apartment is quiet and comfortable, and the main house is available anytime. I will be staying here on my next trip.

Caroline's place is perfectly located in Kileleshwa, it's very convenient and quiet at the same time. The place is perfect for 1 or 2 travelers, it's not large but well organized and nothing is missing. Last, Caroline and her team are very accommodating, communicative and responsive. It was a pleasure and definitely a great bargain to stay in Nairobi!

We enjoyed our stay at Carol's place; it was peaceful, and beautiful trees and plants surrounded us. The space is thoughtfully decorated, and you are well provided for. A lovely breakfast spread is set out for you to enjoy during your stay, with clean linens and a stocked bathroom. The outdoor area is a nice place to relax, read, or work. The sculpture garden is unique and makes for a lovely evening walk. The staff is friendly and helpful. Animals are here and there, so watch your open doors. The Wi-Fi is fast enough for any work you need to do. Happily recommend!

Furnished Studio Apartment at NHC Kileleshwa

What a nice, quiet place, and what a wonderful host! The building is part of an upper-middle-class residential area. Both a large supermarket and a store with a big selection of fruits and vegetables for better prices are very close. The apartment's kitchen is extremely well equipped, including a microwave, a big fridge with a freezer, and a huge pot that came in really handy. One of the highlights was free drinking water. Matthew has a filter at home, and he refilled a 10-liter bottle for me whenever I needed it. Another highlight is a free cleaning service once a week, including a change of bedsheets and even laundry service for your clothes. The internet connection/Wi-Fi is good enough for making video calls and working remotely. Power outages are relatively rare, and when one happens, the power usually comes back within an hour or so. Matthew is super positive, always ready to help, and smiling. He works for an NGO and is both very interesting and easy to talk to.
