Vacation rentals with beach access in Karangasem Regency

Spędziliśmy w Villi 4 noce (początkowo rezerwację zrobiliśmy na 3 ale po przyjeździe i obejrzeniu Villi przedłużyliśmy o kolejną) i bardzo podobał nam się pobyt. Villa jest bardzo przestronna, wygodna i ładnie urządzona, zapewnia prywatność i spokój. Korzystaliśmy z pomocy Kadek i Bayu (brat Bayu zorganizował nam rejs na Nusa Penida) a posiłki zamawialiśmy w pobliskim warungu. Szczególnie urzekło nas położenie Villi praktycznie na samej plaży.

I know Amed and Lipah Beach well as well as the restaurant at this location. So the choice to stay here was easy for me. The place is exactly as described, and the unit is brand new, super clean, and comfortable. Iko, Rian and the staff are great and always available to help. Other than a few small issues that were quickly resolved, I had no real complaints. I can recommend and will most certainly be back! :)

We loved this place. The staff was really responsive and took great care of the grounds. They were always available to drive you to the shopping or get you what you needed. We actually had staff offer to go to the store for us. The room was cleaned daily and was pristine for paint etc. The view of the ocean was so nice with the pool as a great option. Definately worth the money.

A gem, the views from the balcony of this flat is stunning, the whole flat is perfect, fully equipped and clean. From the start Guna was extremely helpful and friendly, couldn’t ask for a better host tbh. Had a couple things happened and he solved it in a heart beat. All the staff there were friendly and always ready to help. A stone throws away to the beach and all that it offers which is great. I would definitely recommend Guna’s Flat to anyone looking for their time in Amed! Thanks guys!

L'appartement est très mignon et bien aménagé surtout la cuisine pour les long séjour. La salle de bain est spacieuse avec de l'eau chaude. L'emplacement est parfait pour la plongée. Vous avez les centres de plongée et la plage à 5 minutes à pieds ainsi que restaurant et magasin d' alimentation. Gede est une personne très agréable et serviable. Le prix est vraiment intéressant. Si je reviens encore pour un long séjour c'est avec plaisir que je reviendrai ici.

the place is very nicely located close to a restaurant/cafè where i go to every day now (good stuff). to the centre of amed its also kinda close although in general in amed its nice to have a scooter. the area is quiet with lots of greens surrounded. indah is a very friendly and welcoming host who even took as to the balinese new years celebration which was great to see and experience. the place is a great one for nature lovers who dont want to be in the centre of amed but still walkable distance.

My stay at the Joglo was exactly what I needed - I had an amazing time. The house is so beautiful, private and relaxing.. it made it hard to go out! The photos and description is exactly what you can expect… there were no disappointments. Everything is so beautiful - the house itself, the garden and pool and there are so many little details that made it extra special (like the garden lights at night). Wayan and his wife Kadek also played a big part in making my stay so memorable. They were extremely friendly and helpful and recommended so many places / experiences for me that I wouldn’t have found on my own. There are also a lot of convenient food options to either order in or go out which made it very easy for me. Like all the reviews have said… you won’t be disappointed and you’ll be missing it as soon as you leave.

Great homely villa with everything you need.

Spacious villa with a pool. The pool is clean. Each bedroom has en-suite outdoor bathroom. The beds are comfortable and the ACs works well. The living room/kitchen has a portable fan, a small sofa and a dining table. It is not the most ‘cosy’ and well laid-out living room I have been, but it may just work as a place to get family/group to sit down to have a meal together. Going in and out of the villa can be challenging if you bring your own car and you’re not used to drive on a small lane in Bali. Using scooters to go around Melasti/Amed will be much easier. Good Stuff cafe nearby has excellent fresh and delicious food/coffee.

In één woord geweldig zo mooi en wat een uitzicht! Genoten van de vissers boten die massaal terug kwamen van het vissen in de vroege ochtend, zonsopgang en nog meer! Made wat een geweldige gastheer, staat altijd voor je klaar, goede communicatie en zou, zeker weer terugkomen. Een echte aanrader!! 10+++

Excellent accommodation, excellent host, beautiful place with the sunrise in front of the room. Both the host and the girls were sooo polite and smiley, they were always there for us without being noticed. Beautiful rimless swimming pool, a quiet place to rest after Ubud’s madness, but also close to Amed for further activities. A must-stay place in Bali.

The staff were incredibly kind and prepared a delicious breakfast every morning. A little tip—stock up on groceries before arriving, as the location is quite secluded. If you’re looking for tranquility and natural beauty, this is the perfect place. Highly recommend!

Another wonderful stay at Pucuk Sari in the breathtaking village of Candidasa. Over the years, we’ve returned here time and again, and each visit feels like coming home. It’s not just the comfort of the house but also the warmth and genuine care of the amazing owner, Elizabeth, and staff that make this place so special. Elizabeth, Wayan, Kadek, and Nengah, your kindness and hospitality create a haven we always look forward to returning to. What excellent value for money. Everything we needed for the afternoon and evening before catching a late flight home. Perfect spot for last minute market shopping and a spectacular beach sunset - we actually wished we'd been able to stay the night as the bed was comfy and the linen spotless. Although a little tired the place was spotless - we were very impressed and the cleaner was so helpful and absolutely lovely. If Legian is your place to come then don't look past this for a value stay with access to three pools and the beach.

Our second time here… love the apartment and location. We felt right at home having stayed last year here too. Being able to use the pool at the hotel next door is great… the staff are really nice… and you can’t beat the location…. So close to the beach and great restaurants - yet it is such a peaceful location in a quiet alleyway.

I spent five nights at Casa Meena and it felt like a home away from home as soon as I walked in the door. The grounds and rooms are spotlessly clean and the pool was a welcome relief after time out exploring. The nearby area has plenty of great places to eat all within an easy walking distance. The host was proactive and responsive. The location was tuck in alley yet accessible and convenience. Self check-in was easy. I got the spacious room and it was as described and shown in photos. Overall it was good experience staying here.

Simply a great option for your money. it's worth every cent. The apartments are located in the Oakwood complex with its own swimming pool, complex reception, security and maintenance of the surrounding area. The territory has rules prohibiting smoking in the pool area, the pool has its own 4 sun loungers in a slightly tired state. Despite the small number of sun loungers, we did not encounter any problems with the location, since the guests of the complex practically do not use their own pool due to the proximity of the beaches and the low occupancy of the complex itself. The complex itself is a single completed building which consisting of 3 buildings at all. 2 buildings of the complex are idle. In the apartment you will find all kitchen utensils, bathroom accessories, a private terrace on the ground floor and all the necessary services within walking distance. The owner is always in touch and organizational issues are resolved quickly, friendly and efficiently.

Elshinta is a great host and very responsive. The Airbnb itself is located inside the Jayakarta Bali Resort which is a great place. Right next to the beach, great pools, restaurant and bar. Easy to self check-in.
