Our compact flat is near to lovely restaurants and the beautiful seafront, perfect for enjoying warm summer breezes and cool drinks outside. We are 200 metres from the beach, really near to supermarkets, restaurants and walking distance to night life. The bus stops right outside the flat. Divers - we are about as close as you can get for the Zenobia. Dive-In centre is 5 mins walk away with the Zenobia located just offshore.

Lovely beach house.

Fabulous one bedroom apartment, right on the beach, with undisrupted seafront views. It's close to watersport facilities, Cyprus Tourism beach, hotels and restaurants. A great way to start your day by waking up to the amazing clear blue waters view. Nice sandy beaches. You'll also find it very convenient as it's approx a 15min drive to the airport, 20min to Ayia Napa, 30min to Nicosia and under an hour to Limassol!

Firstly place was spotless! .. amazing villa, very homely with lovely personal touches. Everything you could possibly need and more! Pool area was so peaceful and private, and everyone was very respectful. Lovely outdoor space both back and front, outdoor grill area was a huge bonus! This is a great villa and location for families. Walking distance to a beautiful beach, close to local beach restaurant and shop. Host was very responsive, friendly and flexible, went above and beyond, most helpful when our flight time changed. We would not hesitate to rebook this villa and will highly recommend. Thanks so much for a stay to remember..

This place was perfect choice for our 2-week stay at Larnaca. It's in walkable distance to the beach and the city center and the street is lovely. The nearest grocery story is around a corner and great bakery to grab snacks and freshly baked local pies. If you're interested in exploring the city - the bus station is around the building with both local buses and Intercity ones going across Cyprus. The apartment was exactly as on photos and everything was greatly orchestrated by Tasos. He is very responsive and helpful. We can highly recommend it for other travellers! Many thanks to you, Tasos!

Just back from Paradise Villa at Elena and Nick's and we all had a wonderful time! :) Although a little out of season we enjoyed the beautiful local AtianThekla beach, friendly locals and amazing food wherever you went. The villa was peaceful and woke to birds singing and the lovely palm 🌴 trees and flowers 🌺 everything at the villa was super clean and as you would expect to find. Elena also kindly left us some local breads and wine (delicious 😋) for our late check in - so thoughtful thank you!! ❤️ Only one thing we would ask to add to the property, is that there be an extra long mirror in the ensuite bedroom for getting ready to go out drying hair etc. We are grateful and thankful for such a good week and even the weather was perfect 👍🏼

Fantastic villa with great amenities and local information to keep you well fed and watered. Tessa was super attentive and dealt with our few queries very promptly. Pool was cleaned regularly as was the garden and my partner felt safe home alone whilst we were diving - good security features albeit we felt safe where ever we went. Locals very friendly and always gave us a wave and hello! Would I go back? Definitely; super relaxing chilling by the pool and eating out at some lovely local venues to suit all tastes and budgets.

We had an absolutely wonderful 3 week stay at Alexis airbnb in Nicosia. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere of the place. Alexis was incredibly hospitable, providing detailed information about the property and the local area, and was always available to assist with any questions or needs. The location of the apartment was perfect. Situated in a quiet neighbourhood, it offered a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city, yet it was still conveniently close to all the major attractions and amenities. Overall, our stay at Alexis apartment exceeded our expectations. The combination of a fantastic host, a comfortable and well appointed apartment, and an excellent location made for an unforgettable experience. Loved our stay here - so close to the beach, lovely lay-out and great balcony. We were able to rent beach towels from Eva which was a big help. The guidance document she sent in advance was really helpful with tips and local recommendations. (We loved Lysia for dinner, thank you for letting us know about this!) Eva went out of her way to check-in with us during the stay to offer any help, and even put us in contact with a local tour operator by making an introduction. Great communication throughout and really thoughtful snacks offered on arrival too, nice touches.

We had a lovely stay at Joanna's place! Communication was smooth, we were greeted personally on arrival by Joanna's father who showed us around the flat and the apartment was just what we expected based on the listing. The location was lovely by a quiet road but close to the beach, supermarket and the bus stop to Larnaca/Ayia Napa. Heating and an extra layer of clothes made the apartment comfortably warm also in the winter. We can only recommend Joanna's place!
