Family-friendly vacation rentals in Karaman

My family and I spent the most amazing month at Villa Century House. Vasilis and Athena have a beautiful home that perfectly combines old and new. We felt right at home and Vasilis ensured everything we needed was catered for. The location of the villa is perfect. In a quiet street that is only a short distance away from the local bakery and restaurants and also on the highway to get any part of the island in no time. I cannot thank Vasilis and Athena enough for the amazing time we had in Nisou. Thank you for everything and we look forward to staying here again in the future!

We had enjoyed our stay very much. it felt like Nelli thought of everything. The house is sweet very well organise. we found all we needed. the beds are very comfortable. the single beds are wide. our kids slept in the beds that are one on top of the other. Our young daughter felt a little uncomfortable with the high bed. The wither was good and we could use the beautiful outdoor spaces. Personaly I am a type that likes airy places and for May it was absolutely great to have our morning coffee at the porch and eat dinner in the outdoors, next to the kitchen. the kitchen have everything i needed. Nelli was so kind to invite us to a community picnic on the weekend. and advice us with best recommendation for restaurants and grocery. I do advice to come with some foods because you'll need a car to get anywhere. We found the people very kind, hart warming and lovely. coud get around with English, and enjoy these amazing mountains.

The residence was worth every penny and the host had very good communication. We had a good time and look forward to next time.

It's good value for money. The "luxury" part depends on what you expect from a place, it is indeed large and has a jacuzzi, but to us it didn't feel like a luxury flat - it needs some updates & renovations, as it shows it's age. Otherwise you're just like in a private villa, it occupies the entire upper floor. 3 mins from the sea by foot, not a very busy area and parking included. A bigger tv would be needed as couch is really far from it :) We recommend it nonetheless.

2 çocukla 3 aile gittik. Odalar temiz ve yeterliydi. Kaleiçinde olduğu için yürüyüşle bir çok yere ulaşım sağlanıyordu. Ev sahibi oldukça yardımcı oldu. Anahtar erişimi kolay giriş çıkışta hiç sıkıntı yaşamadık. Tekrar gidersek ilk değerlendireceğimiz yer burası.

Cemal var en extremt trevlig värd, var snäll och löste transfer, gav rekommendationer och svarade alltid super snabbt om jag har frågor eller funderingar. Fin lägenhet med trevlig utsikt över pool området, närhet till allt man behöver, bra utbud på butiker, och gångavstånd till stranden. Supernöjd, rekommenderar verkligen!

Это был великолепный отдых в уникальном и незаурядном доме у очень приятного и интересного хозяина. Мы полность погрузились в местную атмосферу и колорит, максимально отключились от городской суеты и наслаждались каждой минутой проведенной в этом великолепном доме, вечера в саду запомнятся своей умиротворённой атмосферой и спокойствием.

The apartment is directly in the center of Larnaca. It is perfect for a family on vacation. Beautiful sunrises every morning with breakfast on the terrace. Convenient to the marina for the scuba diving boats, which was good for me. A/C worked perfectly despite 35+ degrees. Bed was comfortable. Despite location over the carnival rides, it was completely quiet. The building itself is a bit dated, but the unit is perfectly fine, clean and comfortable. We stayed for few months. The owner and her daughter are really nice and always ready to help with any issue. It is cheaper acommodation so you can’t expect luxury there, apartment is spacious though. All the issues we had were promtly resolved. It is few minutes from the promenade/beach and it has everything for day to day life nearby. I can definitely recommend.

The apartment exceeded our expectations! It was very spacious, comfortable, and perfectly suited to our needs. In December, we especially appreciated the air conditioning, which efficiently heated the space, as well as the constant access to hot water. The location in the center of Larnaca was excellent – everything was within walking distance, and the views from the windows were breathtaking. On one side, we had a panorama of the city and the sea, and on the other, the Troodos Mountains – absolutely stunning! The apartment was very well equipped – everything we needed for a comfortable stay was provided. From dishes and pots to a cezve for making coffee – the hosts thought of every detail. We were very happy with our stay and can wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfortable accommodation in Larnaca.

We really enjoyed our stay - the apartment was a perfect base for exploring the beautiful Troodos mountains... The apartment is very comfortable with a right-at-home feel, we loved the vintage decorations & the terrace plants & flowers :) Kitchen is very well equipped, enough pots & pans for a family feast! Location is great, quiet & peaceful but lose to local restaurants & supermarket in the town. Nature trails & historical monasteries are within driving distance so it was easy to plan activities. Host communications were friendly & helpful - it was very easy to find the apartment & check in. We would happily return when we next visit Cyprus!

Andros ist der beste Vermieter, den man sich vorstellen kann! Seit der Buchung immer in Kontakt, fürsorglich, hilfsbereit, freundlich- ein ganz besonderer Mensch! Schön, dass ich dich kennenlernen durfte! Ich habe mich in der Wohnung sofort Zuhause gefühlt. Es war alles da, was man braucht und noch viel mehr! Andros hat mir einTaxi vom Flughafen organisiert und mich persönlich und mit Willkommensgeschenken empfangen. Danke! Ich habe 14 Tage alleine hier verbracht und habe mich die ganze Zeit absolut sicher gefühlt. Man kann hier ohne Bedenken als Frau auch Abends alleine unterwegs sein. Der Blick von der großen Terasse auf Strand, Palmen und das Meer ist zu jeder Zeit ein Traum! Die Wohnung liegt absolut zentral-die Altstadt, Geschäfte, Restaurants, die Bushaltestelle, mit der man in die entfernteren Städte kommt und der Strand sind nur wenige Schritte entfernt. Sie ist gemütlich und sehr persönlich eingerichtet. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und freue mich jetzt schon darauf!

We would definitely rent Leida's apartment again - for its location, ease of access to the beach and promenade and for the fact that it is in Larnaca which for us is the best main town on the South coast of Cyprus. Come here if you like the combination of beach/restaurants/shops mixed with traditional Greek Cyprus life. Walk out of town early on the promenade to MacKenzie Beach to the Beach Hut restaurant for Olive pie and strong coffee or vegan / greek breakfasts then rent a pair of Sunbeds on the beach for £5 Euro in front of the restaurant to relax. Or walk back into town stopping in the small marina to buy a Sea Bream straight off the boat from Michael (8 Euro - enough for 2 people) Best restaurants we visited were "Zephyros" in Mackenzie beach Marina (grilled Octopus is OMG!!) and "Maqam Al Sultan" the Lebanese restaurant on the front in Larnaca just by Larnaca castle (Vegan food so good it made us laugh). We had a lovely time - thank you Leida. What a nice place !!

Themis was the perfect host. He is very responsive, kind and helpful. The flat is big, clean, every room have aircondition.

Kash was brilliant from start to finish. As soon as we booked, he saw that we had a baby coming with us and said he could sort baby chair and cot which he did. Our group were all arriving at different times and Kash sorted taxis for us all from the airport. Even when my travel plans got changed, he sorted things so that my son and family were looked after. The villa is in a great a location, in a quiet road just 5 mins from restaurants, bars and a big supermarket. The pool was brilliant for us and more importantly for a 11 month grandson with a good choice of inflatables. Also, the pool man came twice while we there to check the water. I can't thank Kash enough for looking after us!

The apartment was lovely and in a great location with an on-site bar/restaurant. The pool was fantastic and was quiet and relaxing. Can’t fault the hosts. Always responsive and provided clear instructions on arrival. You do need a car to get around but that’s the same anywhere you stay in the North. Would definitely stay again!

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. Appartement calme, spacieux et propre. George est très sympathique et réactif ! Je recommande vivement ce logement.

Ailecek geldik çok memnun kaldık 5 gece konakladık ev sahibi nasıl giriş yapacağımız hakkında bizi bilgilendirdi ev içinde lazım olabilecek her şey mevcuttu yine gelsek yine burda konaklamayı tercih ederiz kendine ait otoparkı mutfak gereçleri temiz havlu çarşaf vardı geldiğimizde karşılama tabağı bizi çok memnun etti her şey için çok teşekkür ederiz

Such a beautiful home, the villa had everything we could have needed. Absolutely stunning, even nicer than the photos in person. Waking up here every morning was brilliant. Peaceful setting the villa is very looked after, has a lot of character and thoughtful decor. Could recommend it more. Its situated walking distance to the beach, to the supermarket and a restaurant. We enjoyed at day at the waterpark which was brilliant. I would recommend a hire car when staying here just to allow you to visit some of the beaches and restaurants further along the coast.

We had an amazing stay. Villa is beautiful. Very quite but close walking distance to all bars, shops and restaurants. We are a family of 4 and their was something for all of us. I would definitely recommend and will be staying again.

Die Wohnung liegt in einer Ferienanlage. Jetzt im April waren wir wohl die einzigen Gäste. Die Anlage wurde noch für den Sommer hergerichtet und auch der Pool war noch leer. Der Garten ist wunderschön. Aber diese Villa ist die allervorderste direkt am Strand. Ich bin schon vor dem Frühstück direkt ins Meer gesprungen, welches 40 Meter vor der Tür liegt... :-)) Das ist schon besonderer Luxus. Also für Meerliebhaber und Strandgänger wunderschön. Für alles andere braucht man ein Auto. Ich kann diese Unterkunft empfehlen, wenn die Wohnung auch etwas kühl und ungemütlich wirkt, entschädigt alles der schöne Balkon mit der herrlichen Aussicht direkt aufs Meer.
