I stayed here for an overnight trip to the city and really liked it! Host: 書帆 lives in the apartment and is friendly. We chatted a bit in a little English and a little Mandarin, and I felt free to either stop in chat or just go about my business. Place: The place was very much as the pictures look, best features that the pictures can’t highlight is probably the water pressure of the shower. It’s pretty perfect for after a hot day of wandering or a sweaty workout. The bed is comfortable and the view from the room is great! Location: This place is very conveniently located along the red line, it’s around the corner from a Family Mart and a coffee shop so easy to refuel on supplies and chill for a bit. It’s also near green spaces and by a mall. I was able to take an affordable uber to the Lotus Pond, and able to jog to the art park so feel like it’s in a very accessible location. Overall, I would recommend to others and def will look it up again if I head back this way. ☺️

入住的指示很清楚且方便，預約前房東也非常明確說明樓下的聲音狀況，我覺得出發點是好的。 房源附近有很多好吃的店家，丹丹就在斜對面不遠處、早餐興隆居走一段就到、還有牛肉湯、雞湯餐廳、再走遠一點就到六合夜市。一樓附近就有Youbike，直走騎一小段就到寶雅(門口可停)和好吃的鴨肉飯。 至於大家評論提到的噪音卡拉OK，我自己入住期間習慣開電視當白噪音，對我來說其實影響不大。但聲音這個很看個人主觀感受，如果你入住會長時間在房內(大約下午一點起到深夜)，習慣非常安靜的環境，可能要考慮。 我自己入住期間，也有在房內遠距辦公整天，我自己覺得沒有大到影響線上會議溝通。就提供大家參考。

Really enjoyed my stay. Tina was very kind and reactive. Well located as the MRT and tram are closed. A good place the stay in Kaohsiung.

位置很明確就是在胖老爹的樓上，上樓的走道比較狹窄，有大包行李的旅客可能會比較難行走 整體環境就像家一樣，走溫馨樸實的路線 平日附近停車格都很好找，且附近就是高雄火車站，對於搭車前往的旅客也很方便 房東回覆即時，當天提早抵達，房東讓我們提前入住 若帶寵物入住請記得給管家200清潔費＆小費～

很棒的住宿體驗，房源附近找東西吃很方便，路口即有3家飲料店和便利商店，非常便利，比。近捷運站，但不會被捷運的聲音影響到。房內空間大，我們很喜歡，下次再到楠梓，會再入住。

樸質的民宿，乾淨舒適，非常溫馨，停車好停，環境也很安靜，附近很方便，交通也便利。

很棒的住宿，讓我想起以前學生時期在高雄租住的公寓（也在民族站附近），離民族車站很近，附近有茶的魔手飲料店大推，特別喜歡客廳的書籍，我們上午都在客廳悠閒看著房東的藏書，廚房的調味料也十分充足，居然還有東泉辣椒醬（台中人必推），就連鹽跟胡椒都很棒，要不是高雄美食太多，我們真想自己買牛排回來煎，下次一定還會再回來入住，推推

很有家的感覺，設備齊全，可能是我住過的最完善的地方，沒有什麼可以挑剔

The place is really close to a famous night market, walking distance. Very convenient also to MRT Formosa. Really good

Vorneweg: ich war zufrieden mit der Unterkunft und würde dort wieder wohnen wenn in Kaoshiung. Die Wohnung ligt ca 10-12 Fussminuten von der Metrostation Cianjhen Senior High School entfernt. Ca 2 Min von der Wohnung entfernt gibt es eine Fahrradstation von youbike( habe abends ab und an das Rad vom Hafen/Pierzen trum,Dream Mall).Die Gegend selber ist ein bisschen langweilig,aber es gibt Restaurants,eine Art Supermarkt,7/11s mit ATM und andere Läden. Mit dem Rad ist man in ca 10 Min am nahen Outletcenter,zur DreamMall ca 15-20 Min. Für ältere Reisende mit Mobilitätsproblemen und ohne Auto ist die Wohnung eher nicht zu empfehlen oder für Leute, die Mittags eine längere Pause brauchen. Es gibt einen Wasserkocher.Die Dusche ist nur mit einem Vorhang vom Wohnbereich abgetrennt;ein effizienter Luftentfeuchter ist vorhanden.Die Klimaanlage funktioniert ohne Probleme. Ein grosses Plus der Wohnung ist ihre Privatheit. ...man betritt die Wohnung direkt von der Strasse.Überraschend sehr ruhig

The host is very helpful, warm and friendly. Prompt reply and be patient to response. Proactively assist the guests, even provide some sightseeing information. The apartment is clean and renovated. Spacious rooms , and adequate amenities provided. Quiet room, and comfortable beds. The apartment is located in a quiet district. Convenience stores and supermarkets are nearby. Although it’s not close to the attraction or shopping malls, I will recommend this apartment as it is easy to take a taxi in Kaohsiung, and the fare is low. It is valuable. We enjoyed the stay very much. Thank you so much for assisting us during the stay.

距離新左營站非常近，通勤非常方便，生活機能不錯。房子整理得很乾淨，住得很舒服。

Excellent base in the Pier 2 Art district. We really appreciated being able to walk to so many amazing art installations, sculptures and murals. Also only about 2 minutes walk to the closet mtr station. Excellent communication with a team of people to handle questions, check in and out. Great wifi. We also liked the fresh smell of the house.

房子超大超大超大，很乾淨，床品也很乾淨，有兩個很大的房間（個人黑色很適合多個朋友/家人一起出行，性價比很高！）我出門超級容易對被單被套過敏，這裡完全不會，床也超舒服，睡到不想起床）房東很nice的給我們準備了水果飲料還有零食，太感人了，這裡提供的東西比我們自己家更齊全～房東超級超級熱情，給我們推薦了旅遊線路，各菜系的美食！家裡還有洗衣機可以洗衣服，台灣太熱了，真的是需要每天把衣服洗了～周圍很多台灣地道的美食（房東還很貼心的提醒我們台灣吃飯比較早，以免我們錯過心心念念的美食）

Es war ein angenehmer Aufenthalt. Wir konnten alle Aktivitäten die wir uns in Kaohsiung vorgenommen haben wunderbar zu Fuß erreichen. Die U-Bahn ist nur wenige Meter entfernt. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich uns hat auf jede Nachricht umgehend geantwortet. Wir waren sehr zufrieden! :)
