Vacation rentals with breakfast in Kane County

Gary is a great host and we will come back as soon as we are back in Kanab to visit Best Friends. The home is truly tastefully decorated with southwest accents such as intricate mosaics as you enter and the shower as well. The house is right next to a huge dog run that is well maintained. Gary also exemplifies what it takes to be a great host by answering our questions promptly. He also helped us find hikes when we were not volunteering at Best Friends. Strongly recommended.

We had a super comfortable stay at Star’s place! Love that she’s thought of everything possible for her guests, even to blackout shades for the windows over the bed. You couldn’t ask for a better host or location.

We had an amazing stay and felt right at home! The location was central to Zion & Bryce, plus our trips to see sites in nearby AZ. We greatly enjoyed our time in the hot tub and cooking on the grill, then eating outside on the covered patio. The home was very comfortable and clean, with a well-stocked kitchen. We highly recommend this home when visiting the region!

Husband & I stayed for 6 days. We felt at home right away. The home was very comfortable, well designed, and very clean. Kitchen was great with everything you will need except the food. Beds were very comfortable and cozy. But by far it was the view that was so beautiful we were delighted to get up early and drink our coffee looking at the scenery. We will be coming back to the area again. Hope Micah will host us next time. 😊

It was amazing! Loved the donkeys, loved the pool table and the overall vibes.

As always AJ's place was amazing. We will be back next spring for sure as we love the area and surroundings up on the mountain. It is also great that there is a fire pit to sit around and relax after a long day at the lake.

Our stay at Timber + Tin was unforgettable! The property is so unique and every detail is so thoughtfully done. My husband and I stayed with our 2 boys who loved playing ping pong in the barn and swimming after our hikes. We also enjoyed sitting on the rooftop patio to look at stars at night. Our host was super easy to get a hold of and was very responsive and helpful. We loved our stay at Timber + Tin so much and we can’t wait to go back!!!

A beautiful place to stay if you're in Kanab! The bed was comfortable, I loved the murals, the garden was serene, and it was so relaxing to fall asleep to the sound of the water feature from the garden. Cathy sent detailed instructions on how to get inside and responded to messages quickly. It's only 10 minutes from Best Friends Sanctuary and local hiking.

You can see the beautiful place from the photos. Very private and quiet... Didn't see or hear a peep from C&A. What stood out beyond the surroundings were the comfy bed and sheets, the binder of local tips and the books about Zion and Grand Canyon hikes/info and the great shower. The best part was the very thoughtful breakfast... A private kitchen space was stocked with fruit, juice, coffee/tea, breads/spreads, cereal/oatmeal and hard-boiled eggs. It was perfect!
