The room was very nice, clean, and seemed to be recently renovated. Check-in was simple and efficient. The hosts are very responsive to questions. Two of the rooms are located on the street side and there is some road noise in during the day and evening. The hosts provided ear plugs, which were appreciated. The room was very comfortable and had a nice kitchenette. There are many restaurant options within easy walking distance and easy access to the riverwalk for jogging and walking.

Don’t hesitate…just book it! All of their properties are immaculate! Unique, peaceful and welcoming! We loved staying here!!

If you're looking to stay in the area, Suzanne and Andy's Kildahl House boutique hotel is highly recommended. The space was as advertised and is the perfect alternative to a standard chain hotel room. It has everything you need for an enjoyable stay and is steps to great restaurants in downtown West Dundee.

This was our second time staying at Suzanne and Andy’s place and it was just as wonderful as the first time! They are excellent hosts!! Great communication as always. Will definitely be continuing to book with them

What a wonderful, peaceful, comforting stay! I felt right at home the moment I walked in. Jeff is a great host, communication and kindness above and beyond! The location is perfect if you want to be close to downtown (walking) and/or nature! I highly highly recommend staying here and would love to come again (I was sad to leave). Neat little suite atop the house. It was very tidy, there were snacks and board games to use as your own. Perfect for 2 individuals and not more for a short stay.

I loved Cita's colorful and creative decor! The two bedroom felt spacious and was a great weekend retreat for my daughter and I. It was a last-minute reservation and I didn't really research the town, but Geneva was such a pleasant surprise! What a charming little town with great restaurants and shops! I want to go back and spend more time.

I absolutely loved staying here! The place is perfect. It is so easy to get to, has a great parking, is close to downtown Geneva, and is safe and private. The decor is adorable and so comfortable. It was so clean and cute and convenient. The bed is so comfortable. Cita is also so nice and extremely helpful and responsive. I loved everything about staying here. I will definitely choose to stay here again the next time I am in Illinois. Amazing little place!

Brook is an excellent communicator and wonderful AirBnB host. I needed a place for my mom and a friend to stay during a cancer surgery recovery that was near the doctor's office and had availability for 10 days. Brook was very accommodating and went above and beyond. I highly recommend staying at Brook's AirBnB. The space was perfect, comfortable, and very nice. Great location, great pricing. I cannot thank Brook enough!!

this lovely apartment was perfect for our five day stay! it was clean and fresh, seemingly newly renovated. we could walk to so many downtown places, and the river location was quite scenic. it was only five minutes from my cousin's house so our visit was easy as we came and went. I would definitely stay here again. thank you!

Valerie’s place is lovely, spacious, and had everything clearly marked. Valerie put a lot of thought into the little details and providing necessities that made the stay easy and convenient. The only thing that might be a problem for some guests are the steep, narrow steps leading up to the unit. It was not a problem for me - but might be for others. The cost was pricey for just one person, but the cottage really is set up well for a family or group of friends which would make it more cost effective. I stayed in spite of the cost because of the location.
