Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Kampen

We have together with two teams of friends enjoyed a lovely weekend in Højer, in Dorthe and Karsten's lovely house. The house is cozy and everything works, and is located scenic in a small quiet town. We highly recommend others a stay at the house.

We felt super comfortable as a family with two kids in Sine's beautiful house. Even though you could already guess from the pictures that it would be nice, the first impression was still topped. We liked it very much and felt comfortable right away. You can quickly reach the island of Römö by car and it is also close to shopping. If you like peace and quiet, this is the place to be. Sine always responds quickly and kindly and is a great host. Thanks so much so much for the nice days ☀️

An absolute dream at Lake Ruttebüller! We had an unforgettable time in this beautifully modernized Frisian house! The location right on the lake is simply unique – with fantastic views and complete tranquility in the middle of North Frisian nature. The house itself is perfectly equipped and really leaves nothing to be desired. Whether sauna, fireplace, billiards or the fantastic Sonos and Sky entertainment system – everything has been thought of here! We were particularly impressed by the stylish furnishings with a lot of love for detail. The bedrooms are cozy, the living room invites you to relax, and the open kitchen with induction stove and Nespresso machine is a real highlight. The large dining table and the cozy sitting area also provided for many nice hours together. Overall a 10/10 – we will definitely be back and can highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a special break!

Very nice and stylishly decorated little house. Excellent for three to four people. Quietly located in the middle of the countryside. Good base for exploring the area in all directions. Friendly and accommodating hosts.

We stayed for 2 days in the very lovingly furnished house. It's not the typical 08-15 facility you'll find on Airbnb listings. As a result, everything has a very homely character and you feel right at home. Through the garden you can sit outside very well in nice weather and it is also possible to reach the harbor on foot (20 minutes approx.). Glad to come back!

We were very happy to stay at Victoria's place. The location was perfect for our black sun and oyster trip. The good rooms, many bathrooms, and the nice kitchen were perfect. There's not much space at the dining table, but it's the only minus. We ate in the garden one night. Victoria is incredibly welcoming and helped us both with rubber boots for an east trip and with a recommendation for where to go for black sun. Great recommendation from here ☀️

Both the apartment and Ingke as a host are great! It really has everything you could think of and if not, Ingke is always available and helpful! By bike you can fix to the sea, to the beach I would recommend a car. Due to the fireplace and the loving furnishings, the feel-good factor was quite high!

We had a nice little holiday in Utes apartment, which is centrally located and clean and nice. Immediately no internet in the apartment, but it could be due to operational challenges. There was its own parking space attached to the apartment. The apartment is within walking distance to restaurants, etc. in Westerland.

We had very nice days in the apartment! And would come back any time. The location is perfect for trips to Denmark, Sylt, Föhr…. All shops are available and also two bakeries.

A very comfortable place to spend some relaxing time. The place is just as described. Our pet spent a few days very relaxed and enjoying the apartment and the beach. You can literally walk to the beach in 5 minutes. There are markets and restaurants very close by. It is 13 minutes from the central train station. The hosts are always very friendly and attentive. 100% recommended 5 Stars

Everything tiptop! Very nice and modern furnished apartment in a quiet location in the south of Westerland. Walking in about 10 minutes to the pedestrian zone. The amenities in the apartment are very good, also the decor and small details are nicely coordinated with each other in terms of color, which we liked very much. There was a bottle of sparkling wine at the reception! The stairs to the sleeping room in the attic are a bit steep, but you get used to it. Unfortunately, another guest had parked a little stupid so we couldn't use our parking space. That was a shame, but there was always space on the street. We would definitely stay here again.

Simply a great neighborhood near the beach. We took great excursions with the bikes to the various beaches and felt very comfortable. The apartment is very large, the balcony to the west with afternoon and evening sun wonderful to eat outside or end the day. The parking is protected in the courtyard, this is also very pleasant in this central location. We can only recommend this apartment at this price.

The stay was comfortable and the location is not so away from the busstop. Easily accessible location in Sylt.

The place was super equipped as described. Very clean and cozy. For evenings on the couch, the TV system has a wide range. The bakery/cafe and a small supermarket are within walking distance. For train travelers, the train station as well. The surroundings can be enjoyed in extended walks or by bike. Stephan is a friendly, reliable and generous host. I would definitely book this place again!!!

Vivien's apartment is bright and very friendly-cozily furnished. Totally suitable for us with a big child. Kitchenette small but nice and superbly equipped, the bathroom spacious. Supermarket, bakery, cinema and of course beach, dunes and sea "around the corner".

Very friendly contact, very nice centrally located apartment, everything is within walking distance, you don't need a car. Swimming pool and sauna fans only have to walk across the street, the beach is right nearby, nice restaurants as well as the pedestrian zone directly accessible

For me, accommodation is an important part of my trip. And I am very glad that I chose the option suggested by Susanne. I was very glad to meet her. The accommodation is perfect. Everything was very clean, well-kept, tidy. The interior design is amazing, it's like a time machine to the 70s. The apartment was located in a convenient area, you can get to the city center and the central station very quickly. It takes about 10 minutes by walk. The owner of the apartment Susanne is a wonderful, kind and responsive person. I recommend this accommodation option to travelers. Enjoy your trip on Sylt!

Very quiet and cozy apartment - with sauna! Nothing is missing! And we could imagine that the hosts - if something were missing - would do everything possible to remedy the situation in a short time! It was the all-round carefree package! Thanks!

The entire 1st floor with bathroom, bedroom and kitchen-dining room. I especially appreciated the armchair for the reading and the ample cooking equipment. Lone's place is located in a quiet neighborhood just a few minutes walk from the station and supermarket. Bredebro works well as a base for hiking in the area, for example along the path along Bredeådal to Løgumkloster or Drivvejen. I will not hesitate to book when I am in the area again.

We had a lovely stay in a central location. The apartment is very well maintained and charming due to the lovingly preserved '60s charm, complemented by tastefully used colors and the new bathroom.
