Wir bieten hier unser "Häuschen" an! Es befindet sich direkt am Waldrand hinter unserem Wohnhaus und ist Teil eines alten Mühlhofes mitten im Wald! Zum nächsten Nachbarn sind wir 1 Kilometer entfernt und der nächste Supermarkt befindet sich in 6 Kilometer Entfernung. Es handelt sich hierbei um keine Luxusherberge, doch wer absolute Ruhe und ein Wanderparadies inmitten der schönsten Natur sucht, ist bei uns genau richtig! In der kalten Jahreszeit MUSS zusätzlich mit dem Kamin geheizt werden!

Karbach ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen über wunderschöne ausgezeichnete Wanderwege der Region Hunsrück, Rhein und Mosel. Bei mehr als 2 Personen, können zusätzliche Schlafplätze (10€/p.P. u. Nacht) geschaffen werden. Kleinkinder unter 2 Jahren sind willkommen. Allerdings zählen sie als normaler Gast und müssen entsprechend gebucht werden. (Nicht unter Kleinkind ankreuzen). Haustiere sind willkommen. Bitte meldet sie unter der entsprechenden Rubrik an.

Schöne, ruhige Dachgeschosswohnung

Separate Dachgeschosswohnung mit ca. 53m², die über ein gemeinsames Treppenhaus in unserem Reihenhaus erreicht wird. Die helle Wohnung hat 2 ZKB +WC. Im Wohnzimmer gibt es ein Sofa, Sessel, Flachbildschirm (Kabel) und Bluetooth Anlage. Im Schlafzimmer steht ein 160x200cm großes Bett. Im Bad ist eine Dusche + Schrank und Ablagebank. Das WC ist separat. Die Küche ist funktional eingerichtet: 4-Platten Induktionsherd, Backofen, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster etc.

Die Stadt Braubach liegt mitten im UNESCO-Welterbe "Oberes Mittelrheintal" ca. 10 km südlich von Koblenz. Der bekannte Wanderweg Rheinsteig geht nur 50m an der Fereienwohnung vorbei. Wir bieten eine helle, freundliche Ferienwohnung mit Wohnzimmer (Fernsehen, Radio und eine Schlafcouch), Schlafzimmer, Küche, Duschbad. Internetzugang über WLAN ist auf Wunsch möglich. Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind im Preis enthalten.
