This beautiful landscape was the reason why the company is called 'Blikopdepolder', which means 'Viewofthepolder'. 'Blikopdepolder' is the perfect base to explore the Green Heart of the Netherlands and also as a place of return to find peace and quiet, because of the space and the convenience of the accommodation. The nearby village of Kamerik , in the middle of the polder, has a bakery, a butcher, a supermarket, a restaurant and a pub and is about 5 kilometres from the city of Woerden . In Woerden is a railway station and Amsterdam is only a 30 minute drive away. 'Blikopdepolder' consists of five apartments, which are well-equipped and have each a private terrace. Each accommodation bears a different name; Gele lis, Koekoeksbloem, Vergeetmenietje, Madeliefje and the Poldersuite. These flowers can also be found in the surrounding banks of the ditches. All apartments are self-sufficient and breakfast is available on request. There is ample parking space for bicycles and a large patio. Up to 20 people can be accommodated. So it is ideal for families to rent for reunions and celebrations. You are welcome as our guests at this outstanding location.

Within walking distance (50 meters) there is a supermarket, restaurant and snack bar and bus stop. 5 km from the city of Woerden with shops and restaurants. From here, various trains go to the major cities. Use the bicycles for free!

Onze ruime studio van circa 43 m² bevindt zich aan de rand van het prachtige stadje Oudewater en midden in het veenweidegebied van het groene hart. De studio is een heerlijke ruimte om een weekend te relaxen en te genieten van de natuur maar ook een fijne plek om langer te verblijven en de omliggende steden te ontdekken. De studio is inclusief 2 fietsen waarmee u in 2 minuten de supermarkt bereikt en in ongeveer 5 minuten in het pittoreske centrum van Oudewater staat met heerlijke restaurants.

Modern guesthouse with own entrance, free bicycles

This modern guesthouse is located 20 minutes by bike from Utrecht (or 7 minutes by train to Utrecht or 25min to Amsterdam), 500m from Terwijde train station and 200m from the Maxima Park. The accommodation is adjacent to our house and has its own entrance, a cozy terrace at the back and a free parking space in front of the door. Bicycles are available on request for exploring the city and the park. A third person is possible upon request by using the sofa bed in the living room.

For example, take a historical city walk through Woerden, or go sailing on the Nieuwkoopse lakes, there are also many cycling and hiking routes in the area. The chalet offers space for 4 people (45m2), also possibly for a baby. The chalet was newly furnished in 2021, beautiful views over the meadows, trees, ditches and secluded from the crowds.

De Boomgaard (The Orchard) is in the walled garden of an 18th-century house on the legendary Vecht River, where Dutch country life was born. The b&b is a complete cottage of great charm and comfort. Guests have their own entrance, with free parking a few steps from the door. They have their own entirely private bathroom and kitchen.
