Thanks to you, we currently have a lot of reservations. To avoid unexpected double bookings, we are currently operating in a mode where reservations cannot be confirmed immediately. Once we receive your application, we will confirm your reservation with the host's approval. We usually reply in about an hour. If you enter the correct number of guests, the nightly rate will be calculated automatically. We renovated the house and finished the interior to make it a modern home. It can accommodate up to 8 people. This is a family-friendly facility that does not care about privacy. There is one air conditioner on the first floor and one on the second floor. The building is 72 m2. There are two rooms, a Western-style room and a Japanese-style room, on the 2nd floor. The 2nd floor can accommodate 6 people. There are 2 people on the 1st floor. If you have a request for allocation, we will follow it. If not, the Japanese-style room on the second floor takes precedence. There is a kitchen space, a Japanese-style room, and a bathroom on the 1st floor. One free parking space is available. Large cars are not allowed because it is narrow. Free pocket wifi is available. There are bathrooms on the 1st and 2nd floors. Amenities, towels, and hair dryers are provided for normal living. Please check the inside of the room with images and Youtube. Convenience stores and supermarkets are about 3-7 minutes on foot. It is a 12-minute walk from the station.

Welcome to Kodama House! Please relax in the spacious and calm room. [Available in Japanese and English] 5 minutes by car from Dazaifu Tenmangu Shrine, famous for its sightseeing spot! You are renting the entire property. Parking is available for up to 2 regular-sized vehicles in the covered parking lot. You can park an additional car next to the building. Dazaifu Tenmangu Shrine can be reached in about 15 minutes on foot after crossing the hill. There is a convenience store (mini-stop) within walking distance. The living room floor is made of natural wood (chestnut), which has a nice atmosphere and feel. You can also gather together in the spacious living room. BBQ is also available on the wooden deck (+ 2,500 yen) BBQ grill is available for rent. Please bring your own charcoal, meat, vegetables, etc. The first floor has a living room, kitchen, two Japanese-style rooms, and a bathroom The second floor has 2 bedrooms. ROOM 1 Japanese-style room: 2 futons can be laid out. Akizuki Craft Garden Main Building This is the perfect facility for groups of up to 7 people to stay without being disturbed by anyone. While it is a private rental, there are 3 separate rooms that can be locked with a key to secure a private space. There is a paved parking lot in front of the entrance. It is available for guests to use free of charge. The key is auto-locked, so you can get your ID at check-in and then come and go as you like. A small stream flows in the courtyard, there is a terrace in the living room, and a large garden with a fountain, with a view of the rice terraces and flowers of a Japanese samurai residence, and when the river is flowing, you can see fireflies dancing. There is also another 2-story apartment hotel (newly built) on the same premises with 3 rooms (hotel specifications) with a capacity of 6 people (3 rooms x 2 people). Each room has a terrace, and the first floor is fully equipped with a professional kitchen, and a living and dining space where parties are allowed (maximum capacityand a large open terrace, making it ideal for group guests. You can also rent out both buildings for a group of up to 13 people. There is also Akizuki Castle Town Brewery on the premises, where you can experience Akizuki Craft Beer, made with Akizuki spring water.

Umeno-Yuekigyou is a 4-minute walk from Dazaifu Station, with a convenient convenience store, supermarket within a 1-2 minute walk, and restaurants nearby, ensuring a comfortable stay. This is a luxurious rental of a newly built, modern Japanese-style detached house that can accommodate up to 11 people. Free parking is available for 2 cars, so you can use it as a base for your trip to Kyushu. The main bedroom is equipped with a projector with an electric screen, and we have a contract with U-NEXT, so you can enjoy your favorite movies and dramas on a large screen. You can also enjoy stylish dining and drinks in the balcony area, where chairs and tables are available. The large living dining room is complete with a wooden single board table that can accommodate up to 8 people, and the sofa is a hotel-specified high-quality L-shaped sofa, providing a comfortable sitting experience. We are fully equipped with a washer and dryer, so you will have no trouble doing laundry even if you are staying for consecutive nights or long stays. We have a Nespresso coffee maker to help you relax from your travels. A map of nearby restaurants is available in the guidebook, so please use it as a reference for your meal.

In pursuit of comfort, the old beams and the scent of new Kunikuzu cedar wood create a clean and calm space. -About "yori-toko"- Built in 1894, this building was 118 years old as of 2019. The building, which has been around for nearly 120 years, has been a vacant house for nearly 40 years. Once loved by neighborhood children who came to study and play, this building was renovated. Returning to its original form, it was reborn as "Fukuchi no Yado Kafu yori-toko". The name "yori-toko" is based on the owner's desire for this place to continue to be a warm place where people can gather, just as it was once a popular "place to gather". With foundation work and insulation, it has become a comfortable home for the current climate.

Niwa House is a small renovated 2 bdrm house, part of our 4 fully renovated Japanese houses (OKO, Casa Kura & Gallery House) Rear wooden deck onto a Japanese garden. Modern bathroom. Dining and living space with open fully equipped kitchen; WiFi, 50" smart TV with BBC and CNN; library of craft and art books; large collection of antique Japanese pottery and lacquer-ware. Walk anywhere in Akizuki in 10 minutes. Accommodation tax included (200JPY/person/night)

This Japanese villa and garden, covering about 6,600 square meters, is located in Arita, a town famous worldwide for its pottery. The 130-year-old Villa Kaede, originally built as a guest house by a founder of Arita Bank, has been beautifully renovated. Visitors can enjoy a garden that showcases the changing seasons. The villa also serves as a convenient base for day trips to places like Nagasaki City, Unzen, Ureshino, Sasebo, Hirado, and Huis Ten Bosch.
