Villa vacation rentals in Kalymnos

Stunning apartment in the heart of Bodrum. Very convenient location - it took us just 5 minutes walking to get to the sea and all restaurants and shops however you're still far from the streets which might be noisy at night. Views from the second flour are gorgeous. You can enjoy sunsets watching a harbour and Bodrum castle. Apartment was very clean with all necessary kitchen amentities to prepare breakfast/lunch/dinner. Aydan was very helpful, recommended some city spots and restaurants. He also was very kind to organize for us a transfer to airport. We would be happy to stay at Ayhan's place again.

Our stay at Julie’s place was excellent she pick us up from the port and took us to the place she had filled the fridge with waters and other items she was very helpful. the area was walking distance to the beach and bars / restaurants. The veranda had an amazing view. 5 stars

Raina's place was exactly as described - a really lovely villa fully equipped with everything that you need. We were a family of 4, and it was perfect. The view from the terrace was great with a view of the sea. The house is well-placed to visit Yalikavak and Bodrum. It's worth driving just 7 minutes to the local little port where there are many little restaurants and bars to eat or drink. Raina was the perfect host and could. ot have been more helpful. Definitly worth booking !

This villa was beautiful! My wife and I stayed here for a couple nights and did not want to leave! We stayed in 2 places while in Kalymnos and this was by far our favorite! Very private! One of the few places with a private pool and grill! We had the family over and cooked tomahawk steaks and ate on the patio while watching the sunset. Would 100% recommend and would absolutely stay here again. Γιώργος was very helpful and pleasant to deal with also!

The house is beautiful. Well maintained garden and useful amenities. Tolga is a great host and whenever we needed something he was there for us. He was flexible for both check-in and check-out. Great recommendations in the area. Location wise it is in a quiet and less touristy location in the Bodrum peninsula. Akyarlar offers calm beaches for different wind directions which can be quite handy with small children. On and off-season very recommendable house.

A great place, great hosts. I’ve started all over the place with Air B&B and this is the best place I’ve stayed. Amazing. The standard of hospitality from the host was outstanding.

Incredible and very private home in the hills, a 15min walk below the beautiful town of Zia. Nikos was most helpful throughout our stay starting with a ride from the airport with a stop at a grocery store, and ending with a ride to the ferry port where we discovered our boat was delayed by 4hrs. Nikos then kept our luggage with him for the afternoon while we strolled Kos Town and then picked us up and dropped us at our boat for our new departure time. The house has cozy decor and good AC and wifi, and had everything you needed to get started on your holiday, with water in the fridge, coffee, ample towels, comfortable beds. It also has the best outside covered dining table with incredible views down to the sea and the neighbouring islands of Pserimos and Kalimnos. We could have sat there relaxing all day. Thanks to another ride from Nikos, we enjoyed a day in Bodrum, Turkey - less than a 1hr ferry ride from Kos Town. A car is needed to explore beaches and the rest of the island.

A very spacious, convenient house. Very clean. Has 2 spacious gardens. The location of the house is very good, airy, with sea views. We went as 3 families. We settled in very comfortably and felt comfortable because there were 5 bedrooms and a toilet and bathroom in each room. Hosts are very interested.

We had a fantastic stay at Ayhan's beautiful and spacious house. The house is full of comforts and is just an 8 minute drive from the Yalıkavak Marina. What was particularly striking was Ayhan's great hospitality: he always responded quickly and helpfully to our questions and even took the trouble to take us to the supermarket on the first day, because we did not yet have our own transport. A warm welcome and a wonderful stay, we can absolutely recommend it!

If you decide to stay in Bodrum, you are at the exact right address. Ms. Nihan's hospitality made us have a magnificent experience by anticipating all the problems you need with her sparkling house. We were very pleased with the centrality of the location of the house, on the other hand, being isolated despite the central location. We were able to have a very nice family holiday. All kinds of needs were considered down to the finest detail, it was within walking distance to the sea, and it was extra fun to enjoy the pool, a lush garden, a house that was thoughtfully designed with the sounds of birds. I would like to thank Ms. Nihan very much, I recommend that they do not miss this nice accommodation for those who come to Turgutreis.

It is a paradise of 3 villas among the citrus trees. - The pool is really gorgeous - even bigger than the ones in the photo. 150cm deep. - You are completely surrounded by nature. It's green everywhere. It was very nice to lie in the hammock and watch the nature. - Walking distance to places such as supermarket, bakery, butcher You can take care of all your needs within 5-10 minutes by car. You can reach Kadıkalesi Public Beach with a 15-minute walk from the house. - Mr. Emre, Mr. Raşit and Ms. Nurten were very helpful. - The homes have everything you could need. (Microwave, toaster, tea maker, coffee maker, dishwasher, etc.) I would like to point out as the points that need to be improved: - The beds in the houses are a bit old. I would like to point out that we are not very comfortable. - A little more care can be taken about hygiene. - At least one of the houses would have been nice to have an oven. In a nutshell, we are very happy. We started making plans to come in the coming years.

We spent three days at Mr. Ercan's house, a total of four people came to the house when we first arrived, Ms. Haşa greeted us and introduced us to the house, she was very friendly and helpful, and we saw the sincerity that we could reach her in everything. Our neighbors in the site were very friendly and helpful, and we are very happy to meet them. The house is very clean, very tidy, and you will find everything you need, a house has all the essentials, you only need to buy the food or drink you will make. In addition, the location of the house has its own coastal areas within a 2-minute walk to the sea and the pool of the compound is just as beautiful . Apart from that, Ms. Bati also responded quickly every time we called and helped us with all our needs. We enjoyed the days and time we very much plan to come back.

The house was beautiful and professionally decorated. It had a very nice, large, and clean swimming pool. House was sparkly clean. Kitchen had all the appliances. It was in Walkable distance to Yalıkavak marina. Although, walking was safe it was a little lonely. Fatih Bey was very pleasant , friendly and responsible. Whenever I needed help he was there for me with his suggestion from drivers to local restaurants to suggested activities. Overall, I was very impressed.

We had a great time at Iris's place. The house and the view were beautiful. Clean, comfortable, spacious, with many common spaces. Perfect for a vacation with family or friends. Iris was always very kind and helpful. We can't wait to get back!

Our stay was great at Villa Thea! The check-in via key box was super uncomplicated and the owner, Kylian, was easy to reach the whole time if we had any questions. The restaurant tips, for example, were great, thanks again! And the villa is simply a dream, with a fantastic view and well located for exploring the whole island. We were very satisfied! We were visiting Bodrum and the surrounding area, and decided to stay at Asim's villa. It turned out to be an excellent choice. The host had someone meeting us at the villa, and checked us in (and out). We got lost, but he tracked us down to make sure that we arrived at the correct location. We could not be more pleased with the villa. For those who love to watch sunset, this is a villa for you. Viewing the sunset at the villa is just incredible. The pool is beautiful (although a bit cold during this time of the year). The photos accurately describes the interior, tastefully furnished, with the amenities that you need. There is even a sauna room (but we did not use it). For those who visiting the area and want a comfortable place with a beautiful view, this is a solid choice.

My husband and I booked Anna’s Katina on Leros for a four day trip with two of our friends who were visiting from California. Unfortunate my husband was sick with bronchitis, so our friends went without us. Here is their review: “Daniel's place is amazing. He was a great host. He met us down the road and we followed him to the house. The decor is delightful and the outdoor areas were great for reading and just enjoying the view. Don't be put off by the small number of reviews. You cannot go wrong with Anna's Katikia. Leros is a nice, laid back island and Daniel will take great care of you! We're very happy this was part of our trip.” Thanks Daniel for taking good care of our friends. My husband and I will check out your property for a future trip to Leros.

Soula was a great host, from start to finish communication was great, and was there to meet us, even though we landed late in the evening. The welcome basket, water and fruit juice was a nice touch. The house was excellent and just as the pictures described. The pool and sun beds was a great option on those days we did not want to venture out. It’s worth noting especially if your considering if to hire a car or not, Kardemina central is 4 mins by car but a good 50 mins walk. Even to the closest beach bar is 30 mins walk. There is a wonderful bakery in the centre. The largest chocolate croissants you have ever seen, Avli is a great centrally located restaurant. Our best find was a local butcher a few streets back from the central area. Words cannot describe the Angus beef and lamb we bought. If you want privacy whilst also being close to numerous amenities this is the one for you. Being 10 mins from the airport is also a bonus, as was the last day melon and eggs from Soula

One of the best places we have ever stayed! Gorgeous villa and an amazing host! He ensured we had everything we needed and provided useful recommendations. Beach is walkable distance and many nice beach clubs nearby. We rented a car, so it was somewhat easy to get around, I would recommend renting a car while in Bodrum. Highly recommend this property! We can’t want to come back.

Very nice stay in Villa Oneiro with great sea views. In addition, the host was always available and super accommodating.

This year, we stayed at Mr. Mahir's house like last year. Her mother Ms. Nesrin greeted us at the door and even brewed our tea before she arrived. I had the opportunity to have a very enjoyable holiday with my family. This is a place where you can feel like at home. The fact that the complex has a beach amenity for its own use (you need to go down some stairs, you can go half of it with your vehicle if you wish), and its own private pier allows you to meet very clean and clear waters. Thank you for everything, it will be our first choice again next year.
