The loft is about 130 square meters, ceiling height 5.5 meters 50% of the area is designed for wellness & living only. Bathtub, daybed, 2-person spiral shower and Real wood fireplace leave nothing to be desired. In summer, a 5 x 4 meter gate can be opened which makes the lower loft area a convertible. The large kitchenette and the block are suitable for events A wine refrigerator, 4 gas burners and a ceramic stovetop are included

Vacation rentals "Vacation on the Rhine" in Neuwied-Engers (near Koblenz and Andernach) on the romantic Rhine. The three apartments are located in a listed half-timbered house on the Rhine built in 1617. The house is located on the historic Rhine promenade in Neuwied-Engers and belongs to the monument-protected ensemble of castle and master house (state music academy). In the historic cellar from 1371 you will find a wine shop; "Wein am Rhein". The house was completely renovated from 2014-2016.

It is only a few kilometers to Koblenz with its sights, such as the Deutsche Eck, the Geysir in Andernach as well as castles and palaces on the Rhine and Moselle. The cities of Koblenz, Mülheim-Kärlich and Neuwied are reachable by bus. The stop is a 5-minute walk away. The apartment is 64 sqm and is on the ground floor. In the garden there is the possibility to park bicycles. Pets are not allowed.
