Idyllically located by the stream, these two rooms offer an ideal starting point for a small tour through the Palatinate - whether for hiking, drinking wine, celebrating a wedding or for a family vacation. Within walking distance are restaurants, wine bars and many wineries and culturally Großkarlbach also offers a nice program, such as the Long Night of Jazz. Families with children are very welcome.

Our cozy and newly renovated guest apartment offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday. It is located directly on the forest with access to the hiking network, but also within walking distance of the city center of Bad Dürkheim and is suitable for individuals, couples, groups and families. The apartment has 2 rooms with a bed, sofa bed and a small kitchen. Baby equipment is available. Our guests have their own terrace with barbecue and a private guest bathroom with shower.

Both the city center, the spa gardens and direct access to the vineyards are a few minutes' walk away. The small Schwarzfabrik is ideally suited as a starting point for family activities, hiking and cycling through the vineyards as well as the Palatinate Forest, which offers many refreshment stops.

Our tiny house has a bathroom with a freestanding bathtub in front of a panoramic window, a sleeping level accessible via a spiral staircase, a fully equipped kitchen and a sauna in a separate building. Outside, we offer a wooden terrace with pergola, an outdoor shower and a 1700 sqm garden.
