Σε κοντινή απόσταση βρίσκεται η φυσική Αλυκή, η Χορταρόλιμνη (περιοχή Natura). Εντός του χωριού της Καλλιόπης σε μικρή απόσταση, βρίσκονται: mini market, μαγαζί για souvenir, πρωινό και καφέ, ταβέρνα και κατάστημα ενοικίασης ποδηλάτων.

It is located in one of the fastest growing villages of Lemnos, Kontopouli, while it is only 4 km away (8 min. by car) from the well known surfers beach Keros.
