På vintern fryser havet och du kan åka skidor ut och runda dom närliggande öarna eller gå på tur med snöskor i skogen på dom frysta myrarna. There is a laundry machine and dryer in the basement. Note that there are no doors in the first floor. During the summertime you can find a swing in the yard. Nice house in a quite place

Very nice house, approximately 1 km from the sea. Beautiful high viewpoint close by. Ideal for couples, groups and families with children. Pets are welcome. Fully equiped kitchen available - fridge, freezer, cooker, oven, microwave oven, electric kettle. 6 beds but if you need, bigger group can stay too . Single and double sea kajak to hire. You are welcome !

What a stay! A magical one. This place is the best of the best. Breathtaking view, easy to find, lovely. Awesome Swedish experience. Nice inside and outside. Very cute home. Very nice owners (I could message them anytime if I’d need anything). Super peaceful and quiet. I recommend it totally and if I’d have a chance I’d come back and recommend it to my friends and family. Thank You Johan and Lotta. All best wishes!

Ett jättecharmigt gammalt hus med moderna och fräscha badrum. Läget vid Kalixälven är perfekt. Utsikten skulle kunna förbättras genom att såga ned träd i sluttningen ned till älven. En grill hade varit trevlig att ha. Sitsen på en av toaletterna var trasig/lös men den gick att använda. På det stora hela är vi väldigt nöjda med boendet och Nils var en toppenvärd!

Passade oss jättebra. Enkel incheckning, trevligt kök och flera olika sovrum. Fint hus i ett lugnt område med nära till Kalix centrum.

Vier Wochen 14.12-11.01 waren wir in der phantastischen Unterkunft von Sara. Wir sind liebevoll mit Glögg und Schokolade begrüßt wurden, Sara hat uns sogar einen Weihnachtsbaum gestellt! Es hat uns an NICHTS gefehlt, alles war perfekt. Das Haus ist MEGA ausgestattet. Sara hat stets gefragt, ob Wünsche sind, es gab leider nur den einen, die Zeit nicht enden lassen zu wollen. Das Haus hat eine perfekte Nordlichtlage, wir haben an 8 Tagen die Lichter tanzen sehen. Die holzbeheizte Sauna rundet alles ab. Durch den Carport brauchten wir nie das Auto freikratzen trotz der -31°. Die Nachbarn haben morgens für uns stets fleißig den Hof freigeschoben. Die Internetverbindung war super, selbst für Videocalls mit Microsoft Teams. Eine absloute Empfehlung!
