great place! easy to go from and to with Grab/Gojack. wonderful swimming pool. amazing view!! Kozystay was also really helpful and answered any questions we might have had. if we needed more detergent for washing they also quickly brought it for us. in short a great stay and they delivered on their promises. oh and did i say a great view yet? 😉🙏

The place was as described in the listing. All the hosts were responsive to my questions. It was very easy to check in and out, considering we had a late check in and an early check out. It was easy to book grab from the place.

Perfect Family Getaway! Our family had a wonderful stay at Ingrid's apartment. From the moment we booked, Ingrid was incredibly helpful and communicative, providing clear instructions for check-in which made the whole process a breeze. The apartment itself was perfect for our family vacation. It was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, making it a comfortable and relaxing place to come back to after a day of exploring. We really appreciated having all the cutlery and kitchenware provided – it made preparing meals so much easier. The apartment is located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, which was a welcome change from the hustle and bustle of the city. We also noticed how well-maintained the facilities in the apartment were; everything was in excellent working order. Kamar sangat nyaman, dengan pemandangan kota yg indah, mudah untuk menuju ke mall, cuma sedikit susah untuk mencari tempat pakiran mobilnya

Kevin’s place is definitely worth the money.. with all the amenities provided.. the place is also private, I booked the place for meeting purposes and the huge sofa is comfortable… Mini Market is just around the corner and there is a vending machine downstairs which is very useful if you are too lazy to go to mini market to buy snacks or drinks. Kevin is also super responsive. I recommended this place to people who wants to stay in Tangerang /BSD area.

Peter’s home was fantastic!! Already looking to return at a future date. A great location with fantastic amenities. Peter gave really good instructions for the check-in process, which made it a breeze after a long journey. Thank you Peter!!

청결하고, 잘 정돈된 숙소. 깨끗하고 질서있는 주변환경. 자카르타에서도 아주 높은 수준의 숙소 및 주변환경을 자랑할만 하다. 수영장, 운동시설 및 편의점과 주변 상권도 아주 훌륭하다고 할 수 있음. 다음에도 반드시 다시 묵고싶은 곳.

This is our second stay here. It was clean and it had all the amenities listed. The location is a bit far from restaurants and mini markets if you don't drive there, but it's peaceful and safe. Great place to stay with pets and children above toddler-age. The place has 2 bathroom, one of them has water heater. You can walk you pet around the neighborhood. Philip is a great host and very responsive.

Rumah bersih, nyaman, dingin, keluarga senang bisa ngumpul dan main PS5 yang disediakan. Peralatan dapur lengkap, ada mesin cuci best! Thankyou ya. bakal rekomen tempat ini kalau ada keluarga / teman mau nginep lagi.

great house to spend time with family, water to drink is available no need to buy, parking for 2 cars, rice cooker is available, hot water to bath, towels ready, soap and shampoo ready, strategic place for food.

Rumahnya nyaman, worth it sm harganya. Tempatnya juga strategis. Fasilitas perumahannya oke bgt ada kolam renang, lap tenis dan taman bermain. Anak saya puas bgt nginep disini. Fasilitas didalam rumah juga super komplit, bersih juga. Cuma 1 aja yg minus, listriknya ga cukup klo nyalain 3 ac sekaligus, lsg anjlok. Selebihnya okee smua.. next klo ke daerah sini pasti milih nginep sini lagi deh

Had a lovely stay at this beautiful property, it has good bedrooms and lots of space for indoor/outdoor hangouts. Pak Retno and ibu Hapsari was very friendly and easy to communicate with.
