Having the best position of all the units in this complex makes this a very quiet, budget friendly and private location to enjoy. My top priority is the guests enjoyment. This updated, regularly booked unit with Netflix has a fully equipped useable kitchen and also there is plenty of parking available, even a large trailer can easily fit. The complex is ideally located to enjoy the various sights and activities that the Great Southern offers.

Middleton Beach

Didn’t realise how great the view of Middleton Beach would be! The house had everything we needed and accommodated for the chilly weather. The location is perfect! My kids enjoyed going across the road for adventure at the beach and playground. Close by, we went out for breakfast and lunch at the Three Anchors and enjoyed a dinner at the Hybla Tavern. We loved our stay and thoroughly enjoyed our holiday.

The living area features two comfortable brown sofas and a dark wood coffee table, complemented by a light area rug. A dining table with wooden chairs is set nearby, and large glass doors allow for natural light, leading to a balcony with views.

I'll definitely recommend Felicity's apartment to all my friends, it is so cozy, well-equiped like a real home, and it absolutely looks prettier than the display photo! It's a bit cold and rainy when we were in Albany, but the room aircon worked very well so everyone had a gooood sleep. The backyard is like a painting- especially when you wake up in the morning, the creamy sunrise and the huge lawn. Kids running and laughing, it's such a relaxing place for both adults and kids! There's dishwasher and all kinds of dinnerware in the kitchen so that we had a self cook hotpot together-best ever Airbnb memory in Perth. When we left our 2 kids said: when can we come back? For sure we will come back in summer!

We loved our stay at Middelton beach. This is a great location and an incredibly clean, spacious, and comfortable townhouse. I would happily come back!

Cold in parts of the house, so bring a jumper if you're planning on staying in the colder months. House was everything you need. Simple but comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked which is always a bonus!

A lovely, peaceful house. Close to Green's Pool and Lights Beach and Monkey Rock and all the wineries. Wonderfully thoughtfully decorated (see for yourself). Excellent pot belly fire. Verandah to sit on and enjoy the view. Our border collie loved all the space. Reverse cycle aircon. Kitchen with everything you need to cook a feast. Whole home superbly organised: you can find scissors, BBQ tools, food scales, potato peeler when you need them. Excellent library, CD and DVD collection. Bathrooms are modern, loved the small touches

Eva-Anne’s place was warm, spacious, tidy and comfortable. We enjoyed the glorious sunrise from the verandah. The home is set in a great location amongst the Karri trees. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend.
