Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Kalathos

Loved our stay at Rosa-Maria's place. We had so many treats waiting for us when we arrived. The property is large, and it was great having two bathrooms. The outside space is huge, and had a great shaded area for meal times, and comfortable sun loungers for the sun worshipers. The bed was a tad hard for us, but we got by. The view every day was amazing. Stegna was a lovely sleepy little seaside town compared to a lot of the other beaches on Rhodes. A great place to unwind.

Had a brilliant time in Rhodes. Beautiful house and a great host definitely 10 out of 10. Would definitely stay again. Highly recommend

Wonderful stay with my daughter and son, in this comfortable, quiet and charming home. Very well equipped, very friendly welcome, despite our late arrival time. The small garden is a delight. The typical and very quiet village allows an immersion in daily life in Rhodes, while being located close to the beaches and Lindos. We rented a car and were able to visit several corners of the island - always very nice surprises (Fourni beach in particular, to the west). Recommended without so much as a second thought for the authenticity and hospitality of our hosts!

We had a great time at Kostas' place. Kostas and his family were very welcoming and friendly so that we felt at home straight away. Kostas gave us lots of useful infos about places to visit, restaurants etc. The house is beautifully decorated with craft items and old family pictures which gives it a nice authentic retro feeling. The terrace at the back of the house provides a beautiful view over the surrounding countryside. Just behind the house there is a nice village taverna which serves excellent food. All in all the location is ideal to explore the beautiful island of Rhodes. It takes about 30 min by car to reach the walls of the old city of Rhodes. Should we travel to Rhodes again, we would look no further!

Super charming and traditional accommodation. Fantastic. There was nothing missing! The reception was very warm and welcoming. Savvas was very responsive and was able to help with great tips. From the location, great because centrally located and everything was quickly accessible. A small idyll in the middle of Archangelos. We'd love to come back!

We had an amazing stay in the Villa Sofia! The communication was super easy, the house is a true jewel in the old town. We loved to stay on the roof top terrace. The Frappee station and the old family recipes are an absolute highlight! Thank you for amazing week!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Sandra’s villa! The villa itself is flawless, offering stunning views of the surrounding landscape. Everything you need is conveniently close by—a brand-new supermarket, a gorgeous beach just a two-minute drive away, and a fresh fruit stand down the hill. It was simply perfect. I highly recommend this property and can’t wait to return!

I have traveled many places, rented over 30 airbnbs. I felt like I was in a medieval dream here and it’s my favorite place so far. You’re inside one of the oldest old towns surrounded by ancient beauty. The hosts were beyond helpful and sweet. Literally a few meters away there’s a lovely bar with a man named Mike with so much history. I recommend getting lost in the alleyways and finding amazing little stores and restaurant 6/5 recommend!

It was a wonderful stay. Katie and Helen were very hospitable and brought us water and juice in the first few days when we hadn't rented scooters yet. We also got good tips from both regarding scooter rental and hotel transfer. Fresh towels and bed linens were offered, and the apartment was also very clean when we arrived. The view from the balcony is magnificent, and you can reach the beach in less than a minute. Thanks for the great stay!

Fantastic location, quiet yet close enough to the nice town of Faliraki. Everything you need is walking distance. Boat dock is outside your doorstep to take you on lovely day trips :)

Absolutely magical apartment in the medieval Rhodes Old Town. This a truly gorgeous renovated apartment just steps from the heart of Old Town. The apartment has a beautiful large patio space with ample room. Adam was very easy to communicate with. Things to note: the kitchen is definitely small and there is only one bathroom, on the smaller side. But we had 5 people and it was doable. Book this apartment, you won’t regret it!

Katerina was the perfect host! She made sure we were settled in and left us a bottle of wine on arrival, as well as sharing homemade moussaka and grapes from her garden. We only ever had to share the pool with a small family and the garden felt very private and peaceful. We were very pleased with how close the beach was (30 second walk) and there were lots of supermarkets and places to eat nearby.

Communication with Katerina was swift and very friendly. Spacious, well equipped apartment on the second floor, great layout and a very large balcony with views over the rooftops of Koskinou. Very quiet, day and night. WiFi works great, BBC World on the tv, cats visit. Some great tavernas are meters way, if in a weekend : make reservations.

We loved this stay. It was in a quiet location. There were several good restaurants a short distance away. Everything matched the pictures. The pool is very clean and wonderful to cool off. The owners are very nice and can give plenty of tips. There was also a delicious lunch made and snacks. The cat Leo came by every day. Because the house is made of stone, it stayed wonderfully cool in the house despite 25-30 degrees outside. You do need a car to get around easily. We can recommend this stay to anyone! Who knows, we might come back.

Wonderful stay - the Villa is beautiful and in a nice quiet area. It was great being able to walk down to the beach in less than 10 minutes. Manos was really helpful and check in/out was very easy. Would definitely recommend.

If you are looking for a unique location, I highly recommend booking this beautiful home provided by Moschoula and her wonderful family. It's a hidden gem; where you can relax, swim, barbecue, have your own privacy and it is extremely accessible to visit the wonderful sites in Rhodes. Moschoula's hospitality went beyond and more! Thank you once again for all your kindness. We were extremely grateful with our exchange and we hope that we will have the possibility to come back to Greece one day. A home away from home. Magic!! Casa Carma II is absolutely stunning. We stayed here for a week, with two one year old babies & everything was perfect. Two high chairs & two travel cots provided, the villa was spacious & immaculately clean. There are so many wonderful touches, from hair dryers, to children’s pool toys, it really is fully equipped for your holiday. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place to stay for our family holiday. There are a handful of tavernas / bars within walking distance and a lovely little gift shop, however for access to busy towns, beaches and supermarkets, you will need a car, but this is no big issues as the drive to nearby towns is very simple. We could not recommend Casa Carma more, such friendly hosts, who gave us in-depth information on the local area and things that would make our holiday perfect. We are already talking about our visit next year!

Hara is a wonderful host! We were very warmly welcomed in the extremely clean and lovingly furnished villa. There was everything we needed. As a welcome, not only fresh fruit but also wine and honey from Rhodes awaited us. In Stegna Beach, the small place nearby, there was delicious authentic food in the small restaurants. We had a fantastic week! In particular, we will miss the breathtaking view of the sea and the nearby bay with crystal clear waters. We highly recommend a stay at the quiet villa!

This was my second stay at this wonderful Villa, and it was just as peaceful and serene as I remembered. Waking up to the stunning view is truly amazing, it never gets old. Since my first visit, the hosts have made several thoughtful renovations, both big and small, which only enhanced the experience. I especially appreciated the new additions like the games, ping pong table and painting supplies, lovely touch. People in the village were so friendly and welcoming, both other tourists and locals. I’ll definitely be back again!

I had a fantastic time in this space! The pool was definitely the highlight of my stay. The kitchen was well-stocked, making it easy to prepare meals, and the outdoor area was both comfy and spacious—perfect for relaxing. The locals were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which added to the overall great experience. Check-in was a breeze, thanks to Annie, who provided excellent support and shared some wonderful recommendations. I can't wait to return!
