Eric’s place was amazing!!! We needed a space that was safe and comfortable for an extended stay and his apartment was perfect. Exactly as described and super clean. I highly recommend this listing and it worked perfectly for my family. Plus, it’s in a great neighborhood for walking to restaurants and coffee shops. We appreciated the well stocked kitchen and the yummy snacks! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Eric’s place was an amazing find! The home is full of charm and character, with beautiful artwork thoughtfully placed throughout. The cozy living room, modern bathroom, and the beautifully decorated, comfortable bedroom made it the perfect setting for my husband and me to reconnect during Week 10 of Getting the Love You Want: Creating a Sacred Space. We especially appreciated the fully equipped kitchen for preparing our colorful meals—and the patio was a serene space to relax, reflect, and simply enjoy each other’s company. Every detail felt intentional and inviting. Highly recommend for couples seeking a peaceful and meaningful getaway! The beautiful floral bouquet that adorned the dining room table was thoughtful and stunning! Thank you, Eric!

We had a wonderful weekend getaway here with my family. The location is perfect and very convenient for us. We’ll definitely stay again the next time we’re in town.

Paul's apartment is on the second story of an old mansion. It is extremely clean and well furnished, but the stairs and narrow corridors and doors make it unsuitable for people who have mobility issues. The bathroom has been nicely remodeled but it is very small with a narrow entrance. Plenty of hot water and good water pressure in the shower. Beds are memory foam and really quite comfortable. Lots of cookware in the kitchen. The apartment has 2 enthusiastic space heaters for warmth which you need to adjust to avoid overheating. The large well lit parking area is well maintained. The building was surprisingly quiet considering the large number of apartment units

I had a work project in MI for a couple of days. My project had delays and I decided to extend my stay in Paul's property. Everything went very smoothly from my check in to my extension request and to check out. Paul was a very responsive, fair, and communicative host. I strongly recommend this place for others to try.

This a really nice spot in a great location. Paul was a fantastic host. Easy to talk to and was always quick to respond. He even bought me an extension cable so my computer charger reached the outlet to the desk, as well as a brand new bath mat! Check in was a breeze. Internet blazing fast. Very comfortable, spacious place, and I'm a real sucker for real hardwood floors. Lovely afternoon sunlight in the office nook while I worked. Having a full kitchen is also a big bonus. 10/10 would book again.

Realized as we were on our way to Kzoo that we had not made a hotel reservation & then found out it was State Hockey Tourney Weekend - 😳 - He was quick to respond - was welcoming to our Service Dog & his place was just down the street from our favorite Italian restaurant. Less than a mile from our daughter & he made everything so easy. Quick responses & able to accommodate the trailer we were pulling too! Very friendly & easy to work with & the lodging was comfortable- clean & worked perfectly! So good - in fact - we have canceled our Hotel for Graduation & will be staying with Paul again!

Paul is an excellent host! Any time we had even the smallest of question, he could not have been friendlier! The bed is comfy. The entire space was so clean. The large TV and pinball machine are added perks. And the street and building are extremely charming. We very much enjoyed our little city experience.

Teri went out of her way to ensure my family and I found the place. It was a little tricky to find, but despite the fact that I arrived at a late hour, she was outside helping to guide me to the right place. This was despite the fact there was a terrible storm that had went through the area! The stream outside the unit is beautiful and my family and I really enjoyed sitting next to it during down times. If you are looking for a simple getaway and want to be close to nature, this is the place to be. Teri also kept me in the loop and gave me a lot of local advice as I was in the area looking for houses. Strongly recommended!

This was a great place to stay! The house was incredibly comfortable and was located near the city center, as advertised. The hosts were very helpful and very kind, responding quickly to all of our messages. I would definitely stay here again!

We loved Alexi's place. Very cute and comfortable. The neighbors are very welcoming and kind. This will definitely be our go-to place to unwind when in Kalamazoo!

Check in was easy, location is quiet. A nice, clean, cute apartment for a short stay (we were passing through town).

A very nice stay. Great location. Amenities provided all we needed. Very comfortable especially with a roll-away bed for our grandson traveling with us!

Modern and clean. Centrally located for easy short drives, but not as much walkable. Very comfortable. Easy access to k college, wmu and downtown.

The resort was extremely well placed in the location with access to private lake. We wanted to experience the frozen lakes very closely and this is just the place. This resort is in the midway between the 10 mile country road stretch and as we expected the road was full of heavenly snow, a perfect valentine setup. Except Kitchen sink (drain), some of the cutlery, and a stain on the pillow linen, which are minor glitches, everything was perfect. To name a few standout things… the welcome manual was very informative. We just love Saugatuk and Holland and this place is in Bloomingdale is at good access distance to our favourite place and it has a lake view. Both Jonathan and Tanya and very flexible and are super hosts. When I booked the Glam room and wanted the view of lake, they were very quick in helping us to change the room type. All in all, one of the best vacations for us in the recent days… We wish to visit again in Spring / Summer… Thanks Jonathan and Tanya.

I just love Eagle Lake, it's so beautiful and peaceful out there. The cottage offers a stunning view of the lake from its deck. Stephaney has kayaks and paddle boats available while you are staying there. Keeps the kids entertained for sure. Will definitely stay there again!!

We had a wonderfull 2 nights/1 day in Scott Lake Resort: swimming and kayaking in the lake, sitting in the gazebo, at night we made a fire (with a little help from Jonathan) and had s’mores. Wonderfull memories, so thank you Jonathan&Tanya!

Great stay as usual! We’re regulars staying at Stephaney’s place and will continue to come back each year. Beautiful sunsets, picturesque and peaceful area. Nothing not to love at Stephaney’s!

Very lovely and relaxing place to stay for a few days! Next to a beautiful lake and not far from a few small towns. South Haven beach and the nearest bigger towns are about 20-30 minute drive through some beautiful countryside scenery. The room is the perfect size for two people, and was clean and quiet. Highly recommend staying here!

This was our second time staying here for a visit to Kalamazoo College, where my kid is considering going. This apartment is clean and has all you need for a short stay. It's in a lovely neighborhood with several things you can walk to. The best breakfast/brunch at Crow's Nest and the best coffee at Fourth Coast are just around the block. And there's a restaurant (I think Italian food - we didn't eat there) basically next door to the house, so you don't need to go far for a bite to eat. You can also walk to a record store, a bagel restaurant, and some other things. There are 2 things to keep in mind: the beds are stiff/firm, so if that's something that bothers you, you may want to bring a mattress topper (I am used to a very soft bed so I always have a hard time when I travel because most beds are so firm), and it's also a very bouncy mattress. And the downstairs neighbor tends to have their TV up super loud! This happened last time too. But thankfully they didn't keep it on all night.

Julie is the best host ever. She is gracious and flexible. This is my go to place to stay in Marshall.

Lakeside was relaxing and peaceful. Place was Clean and comfortable. Tanya and Jonathan were responsive to all my questions.
