Chalet vacation rentals in Kalahari Desert

Daphne and Merv welcomed us on arrival and are very friendly, making us feel right at home. The rooms were very nice; comfortable, clean and spacious. We stayed the night with friends and their baby so it was perfect having two separate rooms with a central lounge/dining area. The location on top of the hill is great, as it's not to far from the shopping center and restaurants but in a quiet and peaceful area with some nice birds. Being animal lovers, having Daphne's friendly Jack Russel Hunter, come and visit us was a treat. Highly recommend staying here if you need to spend a night or more in Kasane.

Nada welcomed us very warmly and even offered to share the Christmas holidays with her family and friends. We were able to taste local specialties and were particularly well integrated during the holiday periods. Thanks again for everything with very good memories of the sunset on top of the dunes. Our stay at Nicolene's was wonderful. The location is good. We enjoyed everything the place had to offer.

This property is quiet and safe and conveniently located on the C27 in a desert landscape among beautiful rolling hills. We were offered the use of the kitchen in the main house which was much appreciated. The host, Leslie is very friendly and engaged us in interesting conversations. We recommend this property as a peaceful stay on a working farm. We wish we could have explored it further, but we needed to be on our way.
