Beachfront vacation rentals in Kalahari Desert

Great place to stay! Especially for a family getaway. We really enjoyed our stay, felt right at home and our dogs were welcome which is always a win! The location is also fantastic!

We have stayed in quite a few units in the area and can make a good comparison. The view is the best we have ever had. Breathtaking view from the bedroom to the living room and dining room. The beach is literally on your back porch. I can certainly recommend the Airbnb home.

We spent 4 nights at Thea's place. Lovely location between Walvis bay and Swakopmund making easy access to both. The house was as described with well thought amenities. Thea's communication was excellent; very responsive and gave clear instructions whenever needed. We will definitely return for the peace and to listen to the ocean from the balconies.

Conrad’s place is just fantastic if you’re looking to experience life like a local! It’s only a short walk from the city center, making it an ideal spot to explore everything the city has to offer. Conrad is such a great host—super responsive and incredibly helpful. He shared some wonderful recommendations that really enhanced our stay!

We visited Swakop with our parents and their little sausage dog. The house is ideally located in a quiet street, yet close to everything you need. The communal space was great to spend time together. The rooms are large and each with ensuite, gave everyone privacy too. The house is well equipped. Great bbq area. Secure parking garages. We wanted for nothing. Fenya was always very quick to respond to any messages. Thank you. We very much enjoyed our stay. We can highly recommend this wonderful holiday home.

This penthouse apartment was amazing. We stayed 3 nights. It reminded off a hotel. The 3 bedrooms were large and with ther own toilets and showers. The view was incredibly and the standard was very high with cleaning every day and nice and polite staff at the reception. There was plenty off space to be private and social at the same time.if travelling in groups or with more familymembers together. The distance to Swarkopmund and Velvis Bay was no problem when having a car. We enjoyed to stay in a calm not crowded area. I would definitely recommend this place to other travelers.

My friends and me had a fantastic time at this beautiful place. Everything is exactly as in the pictures. The place is really huge. There are actually 5 bedrooms, while i think the decription said 4. The place was very clean and tidy and the communication with everyone in the team was excellent. When the power and warm water went out, the team immediately send someone to fix it. We would definitely come again, we felt very much home here.

I had a great stay at Jenny's place, very nice cottage with river view. Clean and spacious. Jenny was a very helpful host.

Kaupu was so helpful, even before we checked in. Her home was spotless and so comfortable. The most comfortable bed I've slept in, other than my own!! A stunning view of the lagoon, right on the esplanade and within walking distance of the raft restaurant. Such lovely little touches all over the home, that we felt quite at home. We will look Kaupu up every time we need a stay in Walvis Bay!

I was truly impressed by Katharina’s place in Swakopmund. We were warmly welcomed on time, and upon arrival, we found the space spotless and exceptionally well-kept. The property is located in a secure complex, just a short walk from the sea, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The experience felt like a home away from homecomfortable, peaceful, and thoughtfully prepared. Communication with our hosts was seamless and prompt throughout. We absolutely loved our stay at this Airbnb! Everything was exactly as shown in the photos – clean, stylish, and comfortable. It truly felt like a home away from home. The location couldn't be beat. Being conveniently close to the mall was fantastic for shopping and dining options, and having the beach just a short walk away was the highlight of our trip. Waking up to the sound of the ocean made every morning special. Communication with the host was smooth and check-in was easy. We had everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway. We wouldn't hesitate to book again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great spot near the beach and amenities!

We loved staying at Anita’s. The place itself was cozy and had everything you’d want for a short or long term stay (the kitchen had all the tools and appliances). The city centre and a shopping area was an easy walk away, a nice walk right along the beach. Anita herself was lovely and helpful all the way through.

This place is awesome , friendly staffs, especially Emelda she is kind and helpful. She managed to get my room ready even when I arrived too early before check in time. She is responsive and very friendly. So if you are coming to Lüderitz please I highly recommend Villelodge for your peaceful stay .
