Жилье находится можно сказать под 1 этажом. Надо по лесенки спуститься вниз. В жилье нету плиты и микроволновки, но есть большой холодильник и чайник. В первую ночь мне было очень холодно спать. Был так же запах сырости. На другую ночь я купила себе дутую кофту на ночь и спать стало теплей. Голоса соседей сверху очень слышно и во вторую ночь они говорили до часа ночи что мешало заснуть, это проблема, если тебе вставать рано. В квартире хороший душ с хорошим напором воды. Заявленный сад я бы назвала балконом с темными окнами, за ними ничего не видно наружу. Но по бокам можно посмотреть в проемы и понять что ты находишься между домами в самом низу. На нем можно например делать упражнения, в принципе балкон довольно вместительный. В квартире очень чисто, белье тоже чистое. Когда я уезжала, то встретилась с очень милой девушкой которая видимо проводит уборку. Она помогла мне с чемоданом. Спасибо за все.

My mother had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The place was very clean and exactly as described. The host was incredibly helpful and super responsive throughout the stay, making everything smooth and stress-free. The location is excellent—just a 2-minute walk to Bostancı Station and about 10 minutes to the bus stop. There are two convenience stores nearby and several great dining options, including a pizza place and a delicious börek shop. The house itself is very well maintained, with fantastic security and a very easy check-in process. We felt very comfortable and safe the entire time. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the area! Thank you so much to Erdal for the wonderful experience

Konum itibariyle çok iyi. Arka bahçede oturma alanını da beğendik. Gürültülü değil. Oda ve yatak temizdi. Nazlı hanım da sıcakkanlı yaklaştı ve yardımcı oldu.

Seval et Jale ont été des hôtes très précieuses par l’accueil et les bonnes adresses alentours. L’appartement conforme à la description est dans une rue calme et à deux pas du quartier animé par les bars. À 5 minutes du port de Kadiköy ou du métro c’est un lieu très central et agréable pour visiter Istanbul. Je reviendrai assurément dans cette location.

Alper and Banu are proactive hosts. They are friendly and caring hosts ensuring things are well for you. The location is right at Taksim square however when travelling with I suggest you to take a cab as the house is at uphill. Also the house is spacious however and pretty. There are very good restaurants and cafes around and the house is at a happening place. Alper ensured we feel at home despite language barrier.

Apartments are beautiful, large, and in a great location - we really loved our stay and would absolutely recommend this place to friends! Things to know: the two floors are totally separate apartments; they are pretty anonymous rental flats in terms of what to expect in the kitchen; we experienced some cultural differences around checkout and other communication, but no major issues; the offered airport pickup required that we wait around the airport for about 40 minutes but was otherwise easy

absolutely gorgeous place...could not get enough of the views. Ulviye was so responsive to all queries .. location is minutes walk to all local metro ferry and bus lines...amazing experience we cannot wait to come.back !

Tao’s home is a charming entire house with a private entrance, nestled in a vibrant neighborhood. If you're a fan of Orhan Pamuk's novels, you'll recognize the area, and you'll be pleased to know that the Museum of Innocence actually exists and is located nearby. The house itself is full of character and unique details. The kitchen is well-equipped and had everything we needed traveling with a young child. There are three floors to navigate: the kitchen, dining area, and a shower are located on the ground floor, while the entrance, two bedrooms and a toilet are on the first floor. The second floor features the third bedroom with its own small kitchenette and bathroom. Additionally, the entrance has a few steps as well. Tao is a very sweet, friendly and thoughtful host, and we felt genuinely cared for throughout our visit. Communication was seamless, and he provided us with excellent recommendations for local restaurants that we thoroughly enjoyed.

The place itself was amazing—just as described and exactly like the photos. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free. For anyone traveling to Istanbul by car, this location is ideal since it offers free parking right behind the building. The host was incredibly responsive, available almost 24/7, and checked in daily to make sure we had everything we needed—he truly cared about our comfort. Everything was perfect, especially the hospitality. Highly, highly recommended!

This was our second time staying at the little white house, and it was just as wonderful as the first! The home was spotless, spacious, and perfect for our family reunion — we felt completely at home from the moment we arrived. The neighborhood is beautiful and full of charm, with plenty of great cafes, bars, and shops nearby, and the Bosphorus just a short walk away. Suha and his team are incredibly kind and responsive, which made everything smooth and stress-free. The value for what you get is truly impeccable. We had a fantastic time and would love to come back again in the future. Thank you again for being such a thoughtful host.

Beautiful place as described, very clean. The terrace was our favorite with gorgeous views and beautiful plants. Climate control, washer and dryer and kitchen were useful for us. The home is up a hill, on a quiet street. Walked and used uber as needed to get around. Loved our stay and would come again.

My family and I enjoyed a one-week stay in this cozy apartment. The accommodation has all the necessary amenities for a pleasant experience. The windows face the private garden, therefore, it is very quiet in the apartment. The location was ideal, just a short walk to the tram station offering easy access to the Sultanahmet district. Several steps away from Galata Tower and numerous excellent restaurants. Our host Dilek was incredibly helpful and readily available. I would happily return to this apartment.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Istanbul dans cet appartement situé à Beyoğlu, à deux pas de la tour de Galata. L'appartement est très propre, récemment rénové, calme, et parfaitement équipé. Il dispose d’une chambre séparée avec un matelas très confortable, idéal pour bien se reposer après une journée de visite. L’hôte, Ram ou Karim, est extrêmement disponible et attentionné. Ils savent vraiment accueillir : eau en bouteille en quantité, papier toilette, tout est prévu, rien ne manque. La localisation est exceptionnelle : à 2 minutes de l’avenue Istiklal, la plus commerçante d’Istanbul, avec de nombreuses bonnes affaires (bien moins chères qu’à Paris !), tout en étant à l’écart du bruit. À proximité immédiate aussi du tunnel pour rejoindre le pont de Galata, du tramway pour accéder à la vieille ville, et à quelques minutes de Şişli. Wir haben eine gute Zeit in der Wohnung verlebt. Sie ist sehr schön eingerichtet mit vielen besonderen Dingen. Die Lage ist top, zum Bus nur 5 min, Zur Istiklal Caddesi nur 10 min. zu Fuß.Sehr nette und schnelle Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin. Sehr freundlicher Check-In. Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Erhan is the perfect host and was both helpful and gracious in his communication with us. Excellent proactive communication and he keyed in on some of our visits. He had additional suggestions of places to see bases on our interests and comments. Highly recommend his beautiful property and fun city!

We were a group of 6 adults, and had a great time in the apartment. Aaron and his team helped us with our preparations and during our stay. The apartment is located close to tourist attractions, restaurants and bars. We recommend staying in this apartment.
