Alper and Banu are proactive hosts. They are friendly and caring hosts ensuring things are well for you. The location is right at Taksim square however when travelling with I suggest you to take a cab as the house is at uphill. Also the house is spacious however and pretty. There are very good restaurants and cafes around and the house is at a happening place. Alper ensured we feel at home despite language barrier.

This was an outstanding beginning to our trip in Turkey. The location was perfect in a very walkable and interesting neighborhood with all we needed in terms of restaurants and walkable to attractions. We were only one block from the tram that takes you anywhere you need to go. The very best thing about our stay, though, was Cem. We have never had a more proactively helpful, generous, and friendly host than Cem. We highly recommend this place! NOTE: this apartment is small and it is in a very narrow but tall space (4 stories). So if you are not comfortable with small spaces or with steps, this would not be the place for you

Apartments are beautiful, large, and in a great location - we really loved our stay and would absolutely recommend this place to friends! Things to know: the two floors are totally separate apartments; they are pretty anonymous rental flats in terms of what to expect in the kitchen; we experienced some cultural differences around checkout and other communication, but no major issues; the offered airport pickup required that we wait around the airport for about 40 minutes but was otherwise easy

The stay was great. The apartment is very comfortable, with good beds, a well-equipped kitchen, a spacious balcony, and it’s located in a lively neighborhood. There’s a lot to see within walking distance. If you’re in good shape, you can even walk to the historic area of Sultanahmet. The ferry to Kadikoy is also nearby. Taxis are inexpensive, I recommend using Uber. It’s a pity we didn’t meet the host in person; it’s always nice to talk to a local. The apartment and its location are truly recommended!

The place itself was amazing—just as described and exactly like the photos. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free. For anyone traveling to Istanbul by car, this location is ideal since it offers free parking right behind the building. The host was incredibly responsive, available almost 24/7, and checked in daily to make sure we had everything we needed—he truly cared about our comfort. Everything was perfect, especially the hospitality. Highly, highly recommended!

My stay at this apartment in Istanbul was absolutely wonderful in every way! The apartment was very clean and beautifully furnished with modern, stylish decor. Its location is excellent — very close to Taksim Square and right in the heart of the city. The street is mostly flat with a slight uphill walk, but it was easy and not a problem at all. I would like to give a special thank you to Ms. Nihal and her family, who was incredibly kind and welcoming. Her communication felt more like family than just a host, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Without a doubt, if I return to Turkey, I will definitely book with her again. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for comfort, a great location, and a warm, friendly host.

The listing was exactly as described, and we were so impressed that we decided to extend our stay. The area is conveniently located within walking distance of popular attractions like the Galata Tour, Galata Port, and the Egyptian Spice Market. Moreover, the neighborhood boasts a vibrant food scene that offers a wide variety of culinary delights. However, it’s worth noting that the area has several steep hills, so it’s advisable to pack light and comfortable footwear for your exploration.

We had an amazing time here! It felt like home for the duration of our stay. Mr Serkan was very responsive to our needs and gave detailed instructions on how to check-in and out. It’s a very clean and cozy apartment. We will definitely continue to book this airbnb when we come to Istanbul.

Ev gerçekten çok düzenli ve dizaynı çok hoştu. Gayet temiz ve hijyenikti. Girişte hiç sorun yaşamadık. Ev sahibi gerekli talimatları giriş yapmadan vermişti ve hızlı bir şekilde giriş yapabildik. Rezidans içinde olması ayrıca güvenlik açısından ve kapalı otoparkının olması açısından önemliydi. Sadece çevresinde yeni inşaatlar olduğu için ara yollar bozuktu. Navigasyonu kullanırken bu yolların açık olduğunu görsek de yolların bir kısmı kapalıydı. Fakat otoyoldan direkt bağlantı ile kolaylıkla gelinebiliyor. Bunun dışında terası güzel fakat şehrin sesi duyulabiliyor cam ve balkon kapısı açıkken onun dışında camlar kapalı olduğunda hiç ses gelmiyor eve. Biz memnun kaldık. Ev sahibine teşekkür ederiz.

Отличные аппаратаменты, укомплектованы всем необходимым. Локация огонь. Не тихо, конечно, но нас сильно не напрягало. Как никак в центре событий. Желательно бы ещё исправить свет на кухне и в ванной смеситель, почистить душевой поддон, тк вода застаивалась. Но плюсов существенно больше, квартира уютная, как дома, есть все необходимое и даже больше (для съёмной), хозяйка пошла навстречу и утром заселила наши чемоданы). Друзья тоже были в восторге! Рекомендуем!

Konum olarak harika bir yerdeydi. Temizdi. Tuvalet kapısı tam kapanmıyor ve klozette arada sorun oluyor. Genel olarak değerlendirdiğimde yıldız kıracak kadar önemli sorunlar değil bence. Ev sahibi bu sorunları ileride halledebilir diye düşünüyorum. Köpeğimle beraber konakladım evcil hayvanla gelecekseniz içiniz rahat olsun. Kadıköy’ün içinde olmanıza rağmen ses, gürültü sizi etkilemiyor. Tek eksi olarak binada asansör yok. Bavullarınızı daireye çıkarırken zorluk yaşabiliyorsunuz. Anahtar teslimi yapan kişi bu konuda size yardımcı olmuyor. Eğer çok fazla bavul ve az kişi gelecekseniz iyi düşünmenizi öneririm. Seda iletişim konusunda çok iyiydi ve anlayışlı bir ev sahibiydi. Köpeğim operasyon geçirdiği için çıkış saatinde bana anlayış gösterdi. Kendisine her şey için teşekkür ederim.

Amazing ,unbeatable area.Also very convenient and safe location .Demir is an excellent host and the apartment is so cute,clean and safe.This is my second time to stay at the same place.He is always so thoughtful with his complementary goodies upon your arrival.Also I d like to mention the family restaurant cross the street is great ,homemade,Turkish food and not pricey at all.Try it💙

Mustafa was able to accommodate a very last minute booking for me, for which I am deeply grateful—it's hard to imagine a better spot in Kadıköy than this one, and it was an excellent homebase for my relatively longer stay in Istanbul! I will certainly be back.
