A beautiful house deep in the Medina. Clean, nicely decorated, and with an exceptional roof terrace! Jonathan is an excellent host in every way! Friendly, great communication from the beginning, proactive, and always ready to help. A great value and we would not hesitate to stay again if we had the opportunity.

Couldn’t thank Farouk & Aziz enough for their hospitality and their beautiful place. Everything was local, private and amazing neighbourhood, with lots of shops and good restaurants within walking distance. The place itself was clean, spacious, with a beautiful terrace and private pool, overlooking Tetouan and its mountains. The place is very reserved and quiet. The hosts were very responsive and prompt to answer any questions we had during our stay. We will surely be back!

The location is very nice, a very large spacious building with lots of bedrooms and three bathrooms. It was very clean and Fatima responded very quickly and helpfully to texts or emails.

I had a wonderful stay at Fatima Zahra's place. Oussama and Ismael were wonderful hosts, who made me feel right at home. They allowed me to check in early on the day of my arrival and remained responsive and welcoming throughout my visit. The house itself is very clean and comfortable, and it is perfectly situated, on the outskirts of Tetouan's Ensanche and an easy 10-minute walk to the city center. I got around everywhere by foot. I would definitely return to this place in the future. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Initially a little fearful due to the novelty of the listing, we finally trusted Rentila Services after an exchange that reassured us. We absolutely did not regret it! 👌🏻 Host was very responsive from start to finish, excellent relationship. As for the apartment, it's just nice! Suitable for 4 people, we had a lovely week and felt right at home. The terrace was a big favorite, ideal place for breakfast facing greenery and the sea 😍 I would highly recommend it for the quality of the services (compared to other listings in the area) 👌🏻

Marwan's place was beautiful, restaurants, beach, everything is walking distance, super clean, easy to access. Stunning views of Cabo Negro and the surrounding area. Marwan is a great host!!

Our stay at the villa was perfect. The villa is located in a private residence where the entrance is monitored 24/7 by a caretaker. The setting is beautiful and the villa gives direct access to the beach through the garden. Finally the real plus of this villa for us is the pool with its large garden very well maintained. Special mention to Abderrezak who is the caretaker of the villa and is very responsive to the request we can make to him. Thanks again for this vacation!

We had a pleasant stay at Khouloud's. The accommodation is located in a peaceful, quiet and safe place with lots of restaurants in the area. I highly recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay in this perfectly equipped apartment, located in a gated and secure residence. The setting is ideal: close to the sea, with a large children's park and a pool suitable for the little ones, perfect for a family holiday. The owners are very friendly and are very attentive to the well-being of their tenants. We leave delighted and would definitely recommend this place for a relaxing and comfortable stay. This is my 3rd time in Cabo Negro, I know where to go if I ever come back. Definitely at Reda's, at Mirador Golf. Beautiful apartment, very clean, a well equipped kitchen, nice decor in the living room, and a magnificent view of the Tetouan mountains. Everything you need for a wonderful stay. Cabo beach is a 5min drive (about 40min walk). Otherwise, you can enjoy the residence's swimming pool, which closes early enough on the other hand, at 6:30 p.m. (but the owner had nothing to do with it). In case, I would recommend!
