The cottage was completed in the late summer of 2024 and is now ready for rent. It has a very nice, sunny and private location on a headland by the Lule River. The cottage consists of a large living room with a fully-equipped kitchen, dining area for 6 people, large sofa and a TV. On the same floor there is also a bathroom with laundry facilities, two bedrooms and a sauna. The cottage also has a large sleeping loft with an undisturbed view of the river. The cottage has a large furnished balcony with barbecue grill.

House in the lower part of the village, without noise and commotion, only a 10-minute walk to the ski lift. Skip a cramped cabin and instead invest in large and airy spaces. There is a large and fully-equipped kitchen, eight beds, shower and sauna. Good storage facilities, family-friendly with board games and movies if the weather is bad. Nearby services: - About a kilometer to the ski slope. - Snowmobile trail from the door. - K&M in bakery and grocery store in Goabddalis only a stone's throw away.

Föredrar du utförsåkning kan du ta bilen ca 15min till byn Kåbdalis. Passa även på att ta unika bastubad i den vedeldade bastun med egen brygga. Nyrenoverad lägenhet med närhet till skidbackar, skidspår, restaurang och mindre affär. Lägenheten är ett plan, 62,5 kvm fördelat på kök och vardagsrum, 3 sovrum, badrum samt utrymme med dusch och bastu. Här får 5-6 personer plats. Liftkort, skoteruthyrning och mycket annat som Kåbdalis Skidliftar erbjuder finns inom promenadavstånd. Vi öppnar upp datum allt eftersom - är det något datum ni önskar hyra men som inte är bokningsbart så kan det vara möjligt att hyra ändå, skriv och fråga!

Stuga and Auktsjaur

A small, newly renovated and cozy cottage for rent. In summer, when the days are long, you have the opportunity to fish, hike and pick berries and mushrooms. In winter, you can ride a snowmobile, ice fish and ride a dog sled. End the day with a hot sauna (rented out) with the possibility to see the northern lights directly from the relaxation room. The house is about 30 km from Arvidsjaur where you have the opportunity to shop. There is also a small country store in Moskosel (about 15 km).

Boendet ligger mitt i Vuollerim med strand mot Kyrktjärnen. Det är endast en kort promenad till affär, restaurang, pub och andra butiker. Boendet håller hög kvalitet och erbjuder stora utrymmen för 2-4 personer. Förutom dubbelsängen i sovrummet finns det en bäddsoffa i stora rummet. På sommaren kan man njuta av uteplatsen med utsikt mot sjön och på vintern kan man se norrsken samt slalombacken en liten bit bort. Köket är fullt utrustat. Sänglinne ingår i priset! Välkomna!

House by lake & ski resort in Swedish Lapland

We are renting out our house in Kåbdalis (Swedish Lapland). You will have a fully equipped house, over 130 square meters, all for yourself. The house is located close to a lake with fishing possibilities (pike and perch). You can rent a boat from us in the summer. The forrest is surrounding the house so you can easily go for hiking, picking berries and mushrooms, and you are only a few hundred meters to a ski resort for skiing and renting snowmobiles.
